Site extérieur magnifique, propre et impeccable. L’intérieur, les corridors manque d’entretien et de finition. La chambre très grande et bien équipée pour une famille, par contre manque de produits, douche qui coule, pas de service d’entretien pour tout le séjour.

belle grand chambre, propre, par contre près des machines , thermopompe sur le toit ,tres bruillant surtout la nuit. donc 3 etoiles pour moi. cette fois. chambre 1322😡 section I ,le reste parfait

La chambre était splendide ainsi que les piscines. Pour ce qui est du restaurant les choix ne sont pas assez variés et le prix est trop élevé. Nous aurions voulu y manger plus souvent mais c’était plus abordable d’aller dans les restaurants du coins. Nous sommes restés 15 jours et le menage a été fait seulement un fois…

The resort is beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. The staff are mostly friendly.
I did have a few issues that soiled the experience for me though. We had some issues with the unit that we had to call about, one in particular we called 7 times about, it was never resolved in our 8 day stay. I didn't like that so many people were drinking and smoking in the pools and nothing was done about it when I mentioned it to staff.
Additionally, I thought the waterpark rules were overkill and were a buzz kill for our family. I don't understand why I can't bring my child down the slide with me and why my kids who spent all day at aquatica on much faster/bigger slides cannot go on these ones whatsoever.

Le parc d’eau en option ce qui n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Très dispendieux alors qu’une seule glissade fonctionne. Très décevant.
