When we arrived at this hotel, we were amazed by the location and how beautiful it was, including our room and where it was located in the hotel. We had a beautiful patio and we were close to all amenities. We were happy until we spent our first night. We barely slept for the entire 3 nights we were there. Our room was on the first floor in the Delta Section, very close to the multiple shops in that area, which meant a highly traffic area. Most guests had to walk by our room to get to theirs and were not realizing they were just walking into a guest room area. We hadn't seen any guards or signs mentioning something like "quiet please, guestrooms area" Instead, all night long, people would walk by speaking very loudly. All three nights, ladies from the room next to us (we think) spoke very very loud and laughed until past 1 am the first 2 nights and until 3:45 am our last night (we had to get up at 6am to catch our plane). They were going from rooms to rooms banging doors. The walls are really not sound proof, it felt like they were screaming in our room. We slept with ear plugs but it was so loud, it still kept us awake. To my opinion, the place is nice to visit for a day, but not worth spending the nights. For the size of the complexe with so many rooms, you would think that they're would be guards making sure that the guest rooms area are kept quiet after 11 p.m. or at least signs reminding guests to be quiet in certain areas. Would not recommend.
Les plus: Beautiful hotel, lots of amenities, good restaurants and bars
Les moins: Very very noisy, no efforts were made from hotel staff to assure the guest rooms area were kept quiet at night. Not very friendly concierges.
Emplacement: Location is great, very nice shopping center close by along with the Grand Ole Opry theatre, very short walking distance.
