Wolf Laurel Bee Mountain Retreat - Pet Friendly
If you are ready to get away for a couple of nights, weeks, or even a month, check out this immaculate mountain retreat in Wolf Laurel! Enjoy this 3 bedroom/2 bath meticulously maintained home in pristine condition. Beautifully furnished with a propane fireplace for the colder months and air conditioning for the warmer months!
Lovely custom gourmet kitchen with exquisite cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite counter tops. The great room has a lovely dining area, a warm living area and is anchored by floor to ceiling beautiful stone fireplace, sprawling cathedral ceilings and lots of windows. The main level also features a wonderful, private master bedroom along with a large bath. On the second level, you are greeted with an incredibly large loft with a full pull-out sofa bed. There are also 2 other bedrooms and an adorable bath.
This home is architecturally designed to be in perfect harmony with the peaceful nature that surrounds it. The large living room TV is an Apple TV with plenty to choose from built right in! The master bedroom TV uses a firestick - - no cable necessary. Party lights surround both the back and main decks with the main deck also beautifully furnished and ready for a fun get-together! The owners are members of the Country Club and Village Amenities which gives renters wonderful meals within the club (see updated note below), plus use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Pets are welcome.

BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO CONTACT WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY TO REQUEST A FORM WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE AND FORWARDED TO THE CLUB. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GREEN AND CART FEES NOT INCLUDED.
Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
