Good to know



Pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F); Hot tub heating is free. The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned pool keys/fobs are subject to a $250–$300 replacement fee.



No pets at this home.



Community pool hours are generally from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that hours may vary or be adjusted by the HOA, so we recommend confirming the posted hours at the pool during your stay



The HOA prohibits street parking, max 4 vehicles; violations risk a $200 fine and towing. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Early/late by 2 hours is $75 when available.



The HOA handles pool cleaning every other week.
