Front desk staff uncooperative. Access to rooms is through a passage where other guests are eating/ drinking, partying. Its terrible to find way through. The toilet do not have ventilation so smells. Hotel is dumping garbage across fence which can be seen from top floors and it looks uncivilized. My iPhone was missing on 27 Nov and I was told by Duty Manager, Front desk staff said its not found. I traced the iPhone using a app and it was found with hotel staff. It moved from 300 m to 1 km from Hotel over night that can be seen from app-support. I should have approached police and filed a case on hotel. Many young people look stressed out and do not smile at customer and uncooperative. Internet speed is poor, slow. This is against hospitality industry basic ethics. Overall I had a terrible experience.I would like to request part refund. This feedback is given for improvement and not other purpose, no revenge.
