Maybe they should verify with the guests upon checking if they want to get newspaper instead of distributing automatically every morning.
Situation : Koregaon park about 10 minutes drive
Very clean and comfortable!
Wifi in room and everywhere in hotel works very well
Rooms are a bit small but comfortable
We stayed in 1501 and view was ok

Front desk staff are exceptional! Very friendly and professional! And willing to help any time of day or night! We got an impressive service and assistance during the week we spent at Hyatt Pune!
Complimentary breakfast is very good, fresh and offers a variety of choices
Pool area is very relaxing
Tried the Asian restaurant : food was ok and decor and ambiance outstanding!

We were made to wait until the room was getting ready for almost 1 hr 15min. This was the most frustrating experience to begin the trip with.

Very nice spacious room & bathroom. Very comfortable bed with nice soft sheets & fluffy pillows. We were given a nice room with an awesome view of the city.
This hotel is very clean and we appreciated the high security, we felt very safe. But the highlight of our stay was the staff, they were so accommodating and kind to us. We had stayed at a 5 star hotel for 2 nights before we had to move because of the location to our convention. We spent the additional 2 nights at the Doubletree and honesty wish we had spent the whole 4 nights here because we enjoyed it so much more. Thank you to the staff for giving 5 star service. We will definitely stay here again.
