Publié le 29 oct. 2017 sur HotelsIt wasn't this hotel it was didim beach as hotels .com changed booking. Arrived at two could not get anything to eat till seven as only one restaurant was open. Very little to drink run out of whiskey! Food was good .rooms need updating though. Not really a five star

From booking in with the hotel to leaving everything was great.
Our room was on 6th floor, very clean and had sea view. This was cleaned with towels and sheets changed daily.
The sea is one of the best I've seen. Very clean and pure sand!
Choice of food was good. Variety of options for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.
Entertainment team had loads of activities starting at 10am daily until early evening. They were all very friendly. Our favourite was water polo. They also ran kids club which would be perfect for families with young children. Activities both during the day and evening. They also had different shows as of 10pm every evening and hotel's own club opened at 11pm so you really didn't have to leave! A real all inclusive.
I used the spa facilities twice. Had a 'Hamam / Turkish Bath' on my first day there which I really enjoyed and a full body massage which was magical towards the end of my holiday.
We went into town Altinkum twice with a taxi which cost 40TL each way. This is a long strip of bars, shops, cafes along the seaside.
Overall, we had a very nice time and would definetely go back!

7 guests got food poisoning on our first night which was not nice no entertainment on at night no wifi in bedfoom which was in brochure hotel was nice other than that
