You may hear people walking by at night from the nearby bars, and there may occasionally be homeless individuals passing by. However, there are no encampments nearby. Our building is old and, despite extensive renovations, the walls are still thin, so sound can travel.

Due to our central location and limited parking, we recommend using Uber or the nearby bus services for your transportation needs. This allows you to easily navigate the city and enjoy all the local hotspots without the hassle of finding parking.
