Pas du tout le niveau d’cinq étoiles. Beaucoup d’imperfections ici là. Odeur dans la chambre insoutenable. Ils mettent un produit qui n’ont seulement ne sent pas bon, mais en plus à provoquer une allergie des voies respiratoires chez moi. Très déçu

I paid for everything on Expedia but once I arrived they charged me some addition fees that ended up being around $90. This was an unexpected charge since I thought all the payments were completed. This was the first time in my life where I’ve had to pay additional fees. The women handling the situation was also not the nicest person and was being slightly aggressive. Besides that everything was okay.

Wonderful one night stay (with a day rate extension to cover an early arrival). Perfectly located to allow for lots of walking exploration of Casablanca’s city centre and a lovely rooftop lounge and terrace with great city views.

Great, but more four stars than five.

This is a great place to stay, but 5-stars? They have a lot of services, but four out of four times I had to remind them that the menu specifically say that the tea is served with sweets. Not a big problem, but when you pay 4€ per serving… The hotel is right by the tramway - line 1. Great for getting around.

The hospitality of the personnel was exceptional. Everyone knew exactly what to do with smile. As it was off-season there were no sunbeds by the pool, but they were arranged every day just for us. The room was comfortable and bed was great. The breakfast was versatile. The location beside the tram stop was positive as well.

My husband and I stayed at the Movenpick Hotel Casablanca from 9/28/2023-10/12/2023 and our stay was unpleasant. The hotel is FAR from a 5-star rating and not on par with other luxury hotels in the area. Some of the problems we encountered are as follows: Decor was outdated and looks like it has not been renovated since it opened. Walls and ceilings were white with black smudges (dirt). Overall appearance was not inviting. Our room was quite spacious (this was the only positive). Housekeeping was inconsistent with cleaning. We constantly had to call to get towels or soap that were not replenished during cleaning. Wifi/internet services in the hotel were terrible. Most of the time the televisions did not work because the bandwidth was too low for the feed. Customer service was severely lacking and the concierge desk was useless! The food in the hotel was atrocious. The food was so bad that we went to the Four Seasons Hotel when we wanted to dine in a hotel. We met with the General Manager a few days before we were to head home. We pointed out all of the problems we encountered and let him know how disappointed we were with our stay. He tried to provide us options to make our remaining few days more pleasant but the options were more of the same. We demanded that we not be charged for charged for a $490 upgrade and he complied. This hotel has a long way to go before it truly reaches 5-star status. Do not bother with this hotel. Book with the Four Seasons instead!
