An impressive property comprising two separate dwellings that are set in the tranquil countryside 2 miles from the popular market town of Beccles. Perfect for large groups, the dog-friendly dwellings both feature open-plan living areas, a private garden each and instant access to attractions across The Broads National Park.
The property is set on a farm in the village of Barsham and is surrounded by acres of lush countryside. The property comprises two dwellings, The Hen House and Daisy Cottage, both of which offer guests a comfortable base to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The Hen House’s open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a bright and airy place to unwind throughout the day. All of its seven bedrooms, five of which can be made up as twin bedrooms or super-king-size bedrooms, are en-suite and offer ample storage. Daisy Cottage also features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Its trio of en-suite bedrooms comprise a king-size bedroom and two super-king-size bedrooms, one of which can be converted to a twin bedroom upon request. Both dwellings offer their own private patio and lawn areas that are perfect for morning coffees, BBQ suppers and dog-friendly children’s games.
Active guests can take advantage of the footpaths and cycle routes that surround the property, as well as get to know the animals that call the farm home. The Broads National Park and the Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB (both within 6.5 miles) share some of England’s most awe-inspiring landscapes, including vast beaches and miles of scenic waterways. Beccles (4 miles) is a go-to for shopping and is dissected by the River Waveney, a main artery of The Broads and great for walks. The quaint streets and attractions of Great Yarmouth, Norwich and Southwold can all be found within 18.5 miles.
