Great convenient location. Beautiful gardens. Clean comfortable rooms. Good housekeeping. Many dining options. Experienced three different service issues at The Polo Cafe, Wabi Sabi, and Lapis restaurants on three days. After reporting the instances, did not receive any satisfactory response or resolution from the Management. Poor supervision! Bureaucratic and unempathetic management! Hence one less rating than “Excellent”! But most of the other staff were very kind, polite, responsive, and helpful. Good spa and gym facilities. Nice swimming pool. Good service at the Front Desk, Security, Housekeeping, Laundry, and at Breakfast.
