Its in a good location, just about 10 mins from Commercial street and Brigade Road. MG road just behind. Staff are very friendly and helpful. John and his colleagues were very helpful and friendly. Any question you ask its a YES.
Breakfast is amazing, a huge variety as well. Keep up the good work.

We are from FL, USA. Grew up in Bangalore. Stayed there for two weeks with my wife. Nice and clean property. Overall was good. Close to most commercial areas.
Staff was good some were excellent except for Harish Chauhan at the entrance of buffet breakfast who should not be at a “5 star” restaurant especially not working with the guests.
Last year stayed at Leela palace. This visit it was not available for two weeks. Except for the bad experience with this guy, I would definitely consider staying again at this hotel next year.
