Nestled in a tranquil environment, this cottage is surrounded by the serene beauty of organic gardens and the soothing ambiance of nature. Inside, you’ll find a handmade wrought iron organic king-size bed, complemented by two wing-back chairs for a cozy seating area. The well-stocked kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker & french press to make your mornings easy and enjoyable. For added comfort, the unit also provides luxurious robes and luggage racks for your convenience. The ensuite bath features a delightful antique clawfoot soaking tub with a handheld shower—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Austin.

The loft space is accessed by a stationary wooden ladder with sturdy rungs and is designed with a railing for added safety. The loft includes a single twin bed with organic mattress for an additional guest, a large rug for yoga or stretching, and a serene vibe perfect for relaxation. Outside, unwind in the Adirondack chair, soak in the peaceful views of the organic garden, and listen to the gentle sounds of the garden fountain and soft wind chimes swaying in the trees.

As part of Park Lane Cottages, you’ll also enjoy access to a stunning mosaic glass-tiled swimming pool, beautifully shaded by a majestic live oak tree adorned with twinkling chandeliers—a magical spot to relax and recharge. Additional shared amenities include rolling loungers, a patio with outdoor dining and umbrella, and a luxurious outdoor shower. The property also features an organic flower, and herb garden, where guests can take in the vibrant colors and fragrances or simply enjoy a moment of quiet reflection. For eco-conscious travelers, the property offers complimentary EV charging, and each cottage is part of our GREEN initiative, featuring solar-powered energy and organic comforts throughout. We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Please note: Park Lane Cottages prior homeowner has retired and the property is no longer a Bed and Breakfast location. Austin offers wonderful dining out options and our team is happy to assist with recommendations.
