The Space:
Note: the pool noted here is a PUBLIC pool, and across the street from us! There is also a walking/jogging trail that spans around 1-1.5 miles and can lead you to the larger 10+ mile Austin Hike and Bike Trails System.

NEW HOT TUB!! Don’t have professional photos yet. See last cellphone photo. :) The tub is marketed to fit 7 people but for tall folks it comfortably fits 5.

House is single-level but located up a set of stairs from the street. There is only 1 off-street parking due to the 1950's character of the home, but you can park 3-4 more cars on the street (it is a corner lot). More parking for day visitors in the public park across the street.

The pricing here is for regular residential stays and not commercial shoots. Message us to inquire about rates for shooting content here. We also have a podcast studio on the same property that shares a backyard with this house, and a casita that the owners of this property often stay at when they are in town. While we welcome content creators, we do not exchange stays for promotion material. Inquire to learn more about booking the podcast studio, OR booking all 3 buildings (podcast studio, casita, main house) for longer term stays (2 weeks or more).

Right-hand wing of the house has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom:

âœčBedroom 2: Queen-over-queen bunk bed, day bed, Roku Smart TV, electric fireplace

Left-hand wing of the house has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom as well:

âœčBedroom 4: Queen-over-queen bunk bed, day bed, desk, Roku Smart TV

FRONT LOUNGE ROOM: this room has been converted into a fun lounge area with an orange couch, a vinyl player, and an assortment of coffees (Keurig, Nespresso, and regular coffee maker)
DINING ROOM: this MCM dining room comfortably seats up to 12 people and is a comfy nook to work from if you're working from home! It is designed to feel just like a cafe.
KITCHEN: this bright green kitchen is fully stocked as a chef's kitchen! Gas stove, pots/pans, dishware, tupperware, airfryer, oil/spices/salt/pepper, silverware, and all the drinkware to your heart's desire.
LIVING ROOM: fun couch with smart TV and 2 orange accent chair. We designed this space to give multiple fun angles to create content from. Each chair is a different "look"!

PATIO: shared patio space with the casita and podcast studio, this groovy deck has string lights, gas fire pit, lounge chairs, egg chair, and a few additional backyard games for your next friends gathering.

âœč GENERAL: Large groups can enjoy private access to the entire home. The backyard is a shared space with the Casita and podcast studio. The Casita is the owners' residence when they are in town (they travel full time) but is possible to book for longer stays, along with the podcast studio.

âœč COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of essential toiletries, as well as


âœč PARKING: Free parking is available for one vehicle in the large driveway, with additional street parking for 3 to 4 vehicles in front of the home. Please note that parking is limited, and there is no parking available at the back. Kindly park responsibly and avoid blocking driveways or neighboring properties.

âœč WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus designated workspaces in two of the bedrooms in case you need to get some work done.

âœč PET FRIENDLY: Dogs are welcome! The backyard is fully fenced to accommodate your furry friends.

âœč COMMUNITY ACCESS: There is a free heated public pool across the street. You’ll also find a walking/jogging trail that spans around 1-1.5 miles and can lead you to the larger 10+ mile Austin Hike and Bike Trails System.

âœč ACCESSIBILITY: The house is single-level but is accessed via a set of stairs from the street.

Please be aware there is a separate back house that is rented out intermittently. This is listing is for the main house and not the back unit or podcast studio. Please inquire about access to both.

The Neighborhood:
This is a vibrant, artsy neighborhood typical of south austin. We have new construction houses next to houses from the 1950's-1960's. We have giant trees and great public parks.

We also are next door to a walking trail that somewhat connects with the 10 mile hike and bike trail. Rideshare is super easy here to DT or airport (usually under 4 minutes) but a car is still recommended if you are staying longer than a weekend.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car rental but taxi is very cheap to most tourist attractions in SoCo, SoLa, Rainey St, and DT.
