Sunrise Nhatrang Beach Hotel & Spa

The Sunrise Nha Trang exceeded our expectations in every way. We are world travellers with high expectatons and this did not disappoint. From our personal reception at Cam Rhan airport to our last good-bye, we were treated as honoured guests, morphing to honoured family. The warmth, grace and genuine pleasure of each and every staff member to not only serve our needs and requests, but to anticipate and remember our choices was unparalleled. Our Club room on the sixth floor was beautiful, a pleasure to enjoy, looking right out on the sunrises over the water. Every amenity was provided and the cleanliness was impeccable. The complimentary breakfasts left nothing to be desired, and every meal in every venue was a dining pleasure. We cannot praise this property enough and will return again and again.

Great hotel, huge rooms & well located. Downside - tennis courts need to purchase balls & hire sub standard rackets, Irish bar would be the most expensive bar in town.

ビーチ沿いの眺めのいい場所にあり、外観、内装とも大変きれいなホテルでした。ベトナムではサービス業はたいてい愛想が悪いのに、このホテルはとても親切でいつもにこやかに対応してくれました。 到着すると近辺の地図をくれて、評判のよいレストランなどを書き込んでくれて、 出発前夜には、翌朝のフライトの時間と、それに合わせて何時にホテルを出発すればいいかを書いた手紙を部屋に入れてくれて、とても細かな気配りを感じました。日本人受けするホテルだと思います。

The hotel is excellent in every aspect. The pool for kids is very small. It should be bigger because the pool for adults is too deep for kids.

Comparing other 5 star worldwide chain hotels, this is an excellent one providing almost every kind of good service and facility at a reasonable price. Rooms are clean/ staffs are kind and well-trained / restaurant offers good foods. I would choose this hotel again if I can come to this city again.

We have been travelling around the world for 7 months and have been staying in good but basic accommodation. So I initially bawled when I saw the price per night of the Sunrise. We have spent a LOT less in Vietnam and had excellent experiences. But it had strong feedback and we felt like a splurge. Just 1 hour after arriving we felt that the price tag was a bargain and I still think it was worth every penny. The staff are so professional, warm and attentive. The rooms were spotless, the pool was cold and refreshing and never felt crowded even though the hotel was fully booked! The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The only criticism I had was that the spa treatment I had was expensive, on parr with what I would pay back home, and it wasn't very good. Other than this I would give the hotel a perfect rating. I will definitely be going back to stay at the Sunrise Beach Resort and I would happily recommend it to friends.

The 1st 2 rooms they showed us were filthy. The carpets were dirty with stains all over them. The manager said carpets are only cleaned once a week which is not good. The receptionist joked as we were showed to the 1st room that the carpet was a "little dirty". Any hotel staff member in a "supposed 5 star" hotel should be embarrassed to show a guest to a dirty room. That reflected badly on the hotel staff too. When they had no more other equivalent rooms, they tried to ask us to pay for an upgrade but we refused. In the end, to his credit, the manager did upgrade us for free to a room with wooden floors. It's an average 4 star but nowhere near a 5 Star hotel. Avoid.
