Hanoi Silver Hotel

I was enjoyable with my stay here. I booked a superior room with small windows. The room is not too small, cozy and clean. One thing makes me feel happy that was the location. You can easily walk around the old quarter and buy stuff without any problems. Otherwise, the staff here exactly are very friendly and helpful. You can ask them everything and even if they don't know, they will try their best to ask for you. Execellent.!!!! Aniway, I will come back and recommend this hotel for my friends.

My goals for traveling to Hanoi were to reunite with a friend living there and practice international travel. I accomplished both, and am very happy with the over-all experience. I saw a number of temples and the army museum. Among other sites. It was like candy for the eye.

Paid with a reasonable price but got an excellent hotel location, also everything at this hotel was quite reasonable, we got a superior room which was enough for us, staffs at Hanoi silver hotel so friendly ever, they never let you to press elevator or open the door by your self.

[...] who tried to help us many things from tours to Halong Bay and Sapa, they gave us special offer : free pick up when we our trip to Halong Bay and Sapa. ALso, they supplied buffet breakfast in the morning with many choices but you should come down early around 8am. one more, hotel got an excellent location in Hanoi Old QUarter, i think i will come back hotel next year.

hanoi silver hotel got an excellent value when [...] who helped us to arrange our trip to Halong bay with usd $64/person, luxury boat, seafood and everything included. I especially admired the way they served, very friendly staff, always eager to help. Also, i think Hanoi silver got a perfect location, it seemingly very walked easily to Hoan kiem lake and some bars, vietnamese restaurants nearby as well.

It's 25 dollars a day--you can't beat that--and they feed you this extragent Vietnamese breakfast every morning--the best way to start the day. When it was raining, they loaned us umbrellas. They fixed every issue before we even knew we had an issue. I'm here because my son is on a fellowship from the University of Missouri and I wanted to make sure everything is OK. We've been here four days now and the staff and the hotel gets better and better each day.

We were in Hanoi just a few days to visit friends. We've been here before but have not stayed in the Old Quarter so thought it would be fun to be in the midst of the action this time. Not a good idea with a 9 month old child. The streets are small and cramped and cars & motorbikes do not stop for pedestrians.On to the hotel review. Although the staff were super nice (the reason why I give this hotel 2 stars rather than just 1), [...] We upgraded to a deluxe room and were rewarded with a window, which, at least, gave us a little daylight.There is no way that this is a 3 star hotel. It's comparable to cheap backpacker hotels and should be priced/advertised as such.We will not be returning.

Avoid this Hotel..!! If you want to be on the safe side.. They dindt mind to leave me without a room (already paid) at 2am with my wife.. The guy just kept insisting "Ill give you room tomorrow no money back" Not fair.. with a reservation.. so I ended up paying 240USD in a Sofitel near by..
