my first W like this
very clean. good staff.. good location. but very funky... Bath tab right in room's hallway. Shower is separate. also right in Hallway. Bathroom is separate. also in hallway. it's like you have to do all things separately. clean hands in one place... bathroom in another and then shower somewhere else. kind of weird.

AMAZING SERVICE, GREAT LOCATION, ROOMS
The hotel is very trendy and is located in an exclusive enclave within the "New City." [...], General Manager, and his TALENT team provided a warm welcome, gracious yet discreet service, and showcased a STELLAR attitude. Their local insight and knowledge afforded us a customized cultural experience in Istanbul. The hotel rooms were small, but very practical, and offered every technological amenity possible. The hotel lacks a pool, but has a great roof-top fitness center, and wonderful rain showers that double as personal "hammams."I would return again and again.....

Great décor, poor service
Great atmospehere, nice rooms. Loud music coming from their night club will bother you if your room is too close to it and you try to sleep before midnight. Had to wait 1 hour to get someone to help me with my luggages when I was trying to check out of the hotel. For a 5 star hotel I think I have waited for too long. I almost missed my flight becuase of that delay.

Schickes Design-Hotel mit großzügigen
Schickes Design-Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern und perfektem Service. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Das Hotel würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.
