Apres avoir reserve une chambre DE LUXE pour 3 nuits et ayant mentionne NON FUMEUR , voila que j'ai du habiter une chambre FUMEUR sur un seul etage arttribue aux fumeurs , quel dommage car l'endroit est bien situe et je dirais un peu cher sans piscine . Je recidive bientot en esperant obtenir cette fois une chambre decente pour in non-fumeur .

very comfortable stay
The hotel was perfect. The staff very helpful and extremely polite The hotel is very clean and comfortable The location was in the middle of everything and easy transport to the subway or sky train.

The staff at the Gem gallery jewelry place is very impolite and rude....don't recommend shopping there.

not so great
No hot water, I tried showering at various times of the day with the same results. Housekeeping routinely forgot to restock room with things like clean towels and coffee. Not as close to skytrain as advertised, but hotel tuk tuk makes up for that. Staff very friendly and helpful, but overall I cannot recommend this hotel. There are too many better hotels in the same general area.

#1,There so many #1's about KINGSTON SUITES. 1st Get Tourist map@ front desk + the hotel business card to show taxie driver. We've stayed many hotels in Asia,some rated #5 should have not been more then 2/3. The breakfast included with room is Excellent . The room is large,Comfortable,lots of closet space, great bathroom & shower, clean and well kept. The complimentary "tuk-tuk" service to local destinations is most help helpful."a small tip is always grateful.P.S. much better then having to negotiate a price with the other "tuk tuk's or taxie's.which Most are notoriously Independent. We found the the rail system after 9:30 AM & before 4:30,"you can take complimentary "tuk-tuk or short walk" much better then taxie's & tuk tuk.Taxis you must demand meter or leave.Same with the tuk tuk negotiate the price first.Food in hotel restaurant real good.If you like a firm mattress? you have it here. The free wi-fi is good & fast Especially for my magic Jack.I had a problem with the connection,but got Immediate attention to resolve it. If you like buffets go to "RAIL STOP @ SIAN" 1st floor food court, large & great Selection of thia foods. I would stay at no other hotel in BANGKOK.

Best value Bangkok hotel!!! Within
Best value Bangkok hotel!!! Within walking distance of Asok BTS station, beautiful rooms with modern features and a large bathroom, excellent breakfast spread and very, very good service. This hotel may be small but it is a really good one. Free wifi (excellent speed) and tuktuk service provided too. Highly recommended!

The roos was great - large and clean. The rooms were modern and well presented. The service was good and friendly and the breakfast was very adequate. . The free wireless internet was a definite plus. Would recommend this hotel. The only negative side was the longish walk to the skytrain.

第一次入住感覺很不錯,房間設計很古典,十分乾淨,晚上也很安靜
第一次入住感覺很不錯,房間設計很古典,十分乾淨,晚上也很安靜,服務人員的態度也相當好,早餐為自助式,個人覺得很好吃,唯一的缺憾是附近沒有便利商店,如果需要買點什麼得走到巷口,距離梢嫌遠了一點,但綜合起來優點多於缺點,若下次再到泰國會再入住.
