Really poor swimming pool and gym!
The swimming pool was so tiny, it felt like a bath tub and not like the photo. Also the gym machines were broken and not at all fun to use. So,, if these amenities are important to you, pick another hotel.

Short walk from hotel
Go to the end of the street to the main one and turn left. There is a 7 Eleven Store there and to the left of the store if you are standing in front of it, begins food vendors. The very first one is much cleaner than the others and the food was excellent! Most dishes for $1.00 or $2.00 dollars and full of fresh seafood, chicken or whatever you want. The curry crab was outstanding and so fresh! Yummy!! Just remember to ask them not to put so much red pepper, unless you really like spicy foods. We went there every night and had six or seven dishes with several beers and I don't think we ever spent over $20. US with a tip. The staff are all friendly and not once did we get sick from the food, as you do have to be careful in Thailand with the water, ice and even how they wash fresh vegetables. Again, this place was cleaner than most with a great staff!

Very good value
I got a double deal that meant I paid £575 for 17 nights for a deluxe double including breakfast. Extras of two meals and quite a lot of laundry added about 5,000 baht. The room had a microwave, kitchen sink and full size fridge. Internet connection was included and reasonably fast, but fell down a few times (what Internet connection doesn't in Thailand?) The swimming pool is tiny and no more than a plunge pool. Not great for sunbathing because overshadowed by too many buildings. Well equipped fitness centre. Friendly staff. I'll definitely go back.

As usual, the service and welcome at this hotel were impeccable and with lots of smiles. Always a great place to stay and real value for money. Any problems were recognized and solved instantly and happily

Sukhumvit soi1を歩いて7～8分の場所にあります。近くにコンビニや屋台、病院などがあり便利な立地です。高層の部屋はホットシャワーが出ない部屋があります。バルコニーがありながら、窓が開かない。室内は綺麗で快適でスタッフもフレンドリーです。プロモーション価格のときによく使っています。

Stayed in this hotel many times
Stayed in this hotel many times and will come back every time I go to Bangkok. Is a great location, close to skytrain, bars, restaurants and taxis also easily available. Staff very friendly and supportive

Close to the motorway, definitely
Close to the motorway, definitely heard some sound from this, but with the AC on, this was not distracting. Room was well kept and large, though the bed was on wheels and would move around a bit, which was annoying. Location about 3-5 minute walk from Sukhumvit road, and about 5-7 minutes from skytrain station. Service was good and friendly, a little bit, but not too much pressure to book trips, etc. through the concierge. Was a little bit hard for the taxi to find, but once we knew where it was in relation to the city, was easy to get to and from. Breakfast was fine. Overall, would recommend, we enjoyed our stay there.
