Hotel Warwick Geneva

I stayed in Hotel Warwick for 9 days in October. The best thing I liked about the hotel is its location - convenient to the train station and tram station that connects to all over Europe. There are many nice restaurants around and the Geneva lake is only a couple of minutes walk. The rooms were nice and clean but very small for the money. The hotel had wi-fi that I paid for and a nice breakfast buffett which may/not be included in the hotel price. The buffett by itself was pricey (32 franks). Also the restaurant hotel had a nice selection but pricey. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the streets (although I was on the sixth floor) and the thin walls from the other rooms. Also, there was no iron in the rooms. Overall, I would say nice place to be but kind of pricey.

The hotel is good for its closeness to the main train station because we used the train station a lot to go to neighboring cities. The room is also nice after the renovation. What upset us is [...] booking instruction. It was not clear to us that the breakfast is not included. After staying in three other hotels in Switerland in the past week, we have been told that all hotels in the country include breakfast in the room rate. To be sure, we checked our booking confirmation from [...] It did NOT say room only, neither did it say breakfast included. So we went for the buffect breakfast the first day. We were told afterwards that our room rate does not include breakfast. Oh my, the charge is unbelivably expensive!

Excellent location across the street from the main train station. Free passes for unlimited local bus/tram around Geneva.

I was here for business for 4 days. Location Location Location!!! Right across the street from Gare Cornavin the big bus and train depot. I was within walking distance of everything from great restaurants to the view down by the water. Public Transportaion is top notch and you can even get to and from the airport via bus or train (train is quicker) and the hotel gives you a pass for the duration of your stay so you pay nothing. Great Italian food at VERANDA right around the corner and for great Pizza try DA ANTONIO's. Your key card gives you 10% off Stettler's chocolates if you're looking for something special to bring back. I would not recommend the hotel if travelling with younger children because the rooms are a bit small with not much to watch on TV for them.

Excellent service and staff. Located just across from the main station, and close enough to the centre of town.

This was a great hotel for a great price. the staff was top class & bent over backwards for me even allowing me to check in at 8:30 in the morning. It has an excellent location we were able to walk to the lake very easlity and to the old town centre in about 20 minutes. Thge train station is jusst across the street also.

Great location, nothing wrong about this place. but Internet expensive (22 $ per 24h)

overall it's a good hotel in excellent location, but there should be more wall plugs in the room. Had to recharge the battery in the bathroom.
