The Place Apartment Hotel

Comfortable, spotlessly clean apartment with absolutely everything you could want, all just 2 minutes from Piccadilly Station. Food available on site if you want it, quality shops on the station concourse if you don't. Knowledgable, friendly staff on duty at all times. Apologies to the other hotels in Manchester, but from now on I don't need to stay anywhere else! This really has it all.

Although we only booked(and paid for)a one bedroom apartment we were allocated a huge two bedroom suite with outside views from both bedrooms.The staff are top class and could'nt be more helpful even booking in at 1.30 am.Would not hesitate to recommend The Place

Loved staying at the Place Apt Hotel. All the rooms were apartments. Came with full kitchen complete with dishes,etc. Also had tea and coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge. The location is wonderful as it is a 5 min walk to the Picadilly train station. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

I stayed a week at The Place in Manchester. My trip was a blend of business and pleasure and the hotel just added to it. The location is ideal...just off the main shopping strip and a short walk around the corner to the train station. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. I was so happy to find a washer/dryer combo as well as everything a good kitchen should provide. I used the health club and a few occasions and it had good updated equiptment and was never crowded..yea! Would I come back...you bet!

Wonderful, helpful staff, lovely little apartment. Bottom of the Piccadilly approach is great for a location, close to everything you'd need in the city plus trains/trams. Didn't use the hotel restaurant (too many pies to eat!) Bathroom was a little small, but who cares?! Room was quiet as anything, even with a rowdy wedding party at the bar. Thanks, really enjoyed the stay!

Have stayed before. Amazing place, literally a couple of minutes from Manchester's PIccadilly station. They made us wait til 3pm to check in but upgraded us for free! Great place. Would defo recommend. Thanks!

Great hotel with really neat apartment rooms. When they say apartmentt, they mean it! An old converted warehouse with apts on the outside perimeter with a vertical airway the entire height of the hotel looking down into the lobby and bar. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Location convenient - close to station, and a short walk into town centre. However my apartment was dirty - starting with a pile of sheets left from the previous occupant, a towel with a large stain on it and including very grubby floors, sticky rings on the coffee table and in the kitchen etc. There was a lot of mould and general grime in the bathroom. This is basic cleaning and hygiene which I would expect a hotel of this level to understand and comply with. Check in was slow as they had received my booking via HotelClub but 'hadn't entered it into the system'; however the staff member was polite and helpful. Check out was totally disinterested. I wouldn't stay here again on grounds of cleanliness issues.

Have stayed here a few times as perfect location for city centre, station and night out. Great place as you can cook, chill out etc with a bunch of mates. However, the apartments need a bit of TLC and refreshening as wear and tear getting to it.
