Grundsätzlich war das Appartment gut. Grosse Zimmer, angenehmer Style der Einrichtung. Was aber schlimm war: Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich. Das Appartment war nicht geputzt, wir fanden noch Bierdosen unter dem Bett. Dreckiges Geschirr im Geschirspühler. Das Managment beharrte darauf, dass wir noch nicht gezahlt haben, obwohl wir dies schon gemacht haben. Erst nach ettlichen Vorweisen von Dokumenten wurde uns geglaubt. Für junge leute ist das Appartment okay, zumal der Standort super ist.

I have stayed in this hotel alone and with a friend. The rooms are well equipped with stylish furniture and great little touches like tea, coffee etc. It is 5 minutes walk from the station and right in the thick of all the main shops and the Arndale centre. It also has a Tesco next door so is ideal. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. They have helped me out with booking of taxis and even on where certain shops are. I will definitely stay here in the future.

This was a great place to stay in Manchester City Centre, couldn't be more convenient for shopping, bars and nightlife! We were upgraded to one of the penthouses on the 19th floor- the view was amazing and it also meant that city centre noise wasn't a problem. There were 3 double bedrooms, one with a fantastic en-suite, and the apartment had balconies outside all the rooms- these weren't big enough to sit on, but great for just standing out and looking at the view. Highly recommended!

good location friendly staff room not fully stocked for two people i.e cutlery - would benefit from an oven not just a microwave

The service we received from the reception was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our apartment was fantastic with great views across the city and a spacious balcony to enjoy them from. Couldn't fault anything.... except our stay was too short!!! The location of the hotel was perfect too with easy access to the shops, MEN and everywhere else.

Excellent apartment with 2 very comfortable double bedrooms, lounge and kitchen and great views from balcony. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Complimentary breakfast pack an added bonus. Would be a great bargain for 2 couples wanting a night out in Manchester.

The equipment in the room was good quality and very complete - dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, cooker, fridge etc

We enjoyed our stay in Manchester. We did lots of shopping & the hotel was ideal as it was so close that we were able to pop back to drop bags off & have a cuppa before heading back out! We were disappointed to find no restaurant or bar. Luckily it wasn't far to find restaurants etc. Tesco Express is next door, handy for self catering. Amazing view of the city from the apartment, looked out at it for ages.

overall good stay (large group in 2 apartments) , one of our rooms was not ready upon check in at 3pm even though we were given the keys. However we were then given another room (albeit on a different floor) Any issues we had were resolved fairly quickly. Was not too impressed at 200pound security deposit debits (not pre authorised) - am hoping that goes back on with no issues. Very central location, staff on the whole are really good.
