Enchantés
Excellent hôtel, bien placé, personnel extrêmement sympathique, propreté irréprochable, très calme. Une petite remarque néanmoins sans trop d'importance Nous avions commandé une chambre pour trois. Le 3ème lit avait été rajouté devant le meuble télé bar ce qui empêchait tout accès et ne donnait plus un accès aisé au canapé de la chambre également. Sinon, chambre parfaite, tout confort, environnement calme, propreté et place en suffisance pour les affaires. Nous reviendrons sans problème dans cet hôtel.

Excellent hôtel, excellent emplacement
Avons passé 4 jours à Londres. Grâce à une promotion (rabais 50% lors de la réservation) avons bénéficié du confort d'un 4 étoiles pour le prix d'un B&B. La situation de l''hôtel est parfaite, proche du centre. Les chambres (il y en avaient 3) donnaient toutes sur une rue latérale, donc très calme. Les installations sanitaires mériteraient une amélioration( pression de l'eau). N'avions pas réservé l'English breakfast car trop cher en plein prix. Avons toutefois bénéficié d'une promotion à £ 12.00 durant le week-end. C'était tout simplement parfait. Le personnel est très acceuillant et serviable. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Très bon emplacement. Nous avions 3 chambres. Sur 3 rien à redire pour 2, par contre la 3ème trop petite, évitez la chambre 310... Bon séjour in London

Bon et très bien situé
Facile d'accès, le Charing Cross offre de bons services et un personnel aimable. Confort positif même si la chambre n'est pas de très grande dimension. Situation parfaite pour visiter les sites les plus connus de Londres.

Deux chambres identiques réservées. Une chambre était très bien située (5ème étage, spacieuse) l'autre au 2ème avec vue sur les toits intérieurs (bref vue borgne).
