Thistle Liverpool City Centre, Atlantic Tower

Wir waren im Mai (Nebensaison) im Hotel und somit stimmte das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht und ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum (Fussgängerzone). Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel sicherlich weiterempfehlen.

the hotel is in a great location everything within walking distance,the rooms were very clean,the food in hotel from breakfast to dinner was really nice and the service of the staff was very good, would definately return.

Having spent £47 it was quite possibly the best bargain ever. I was hoping to change to a twin or upgrade to a suite but they had neither so my friend and I shared a double which crept away from the wall a little when we sat & laid on it but apart from that everything was tip top and the receptionist (Rani) was really friendly.

six of us booked three rooms,lovely hotel,by far the best deal for that weekend(27/28/29 april 2013).TOP NOTCH.

Var på en 5 dages tur; 4 overnatninger. OK hotel, selv om der var træk fra dør/vindue på værelset. Restaurant fin; god mad til overkommelige priser. Personale søde og venlige. KAn varmt anbefales.

Friendly reception staff, nice clean room with views over the river. No 'noisy neighbours' during the night and a good breakfast. Walk a few minutes one way to the waterfront or a few minutes the other and you're in the city centre. A good place to stay.

Location was good,hotel looked like it needed updating, we went for a drink at the uv bar at hotel we had to walk away as they didn't have the drink either of us wanted, also they must have painted the bar doors that evening you couldn't have sat there with the fumes from paint. We decided to have breakfast in our room but realised that couldn't be done as there was no table and only one chair.

excellent value for price paid. breakfast also discounted too and worth it for the views over the mersey.

We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the check in time as we were travelling by ferry from the Isle of Man. Met on reception by very friendly staff and our room was ready so we were able to check in there and then. Room was lovely clean and had hairdryer, iron, tea coffee etc. Close to town centre only a few minutes walk. Only downside was being woken early on Sunday morning by church bells ringing which went on for at least half an hour but this is not the hotels fault.

Right beside the docks, lots to do for all ages. We were very fortunate with the weather. Only £3.60 taxi to Lime St Station. We would definitely go back to the Atlantic Tower.
