Huonot asiat: Hotellin kalustus ja varustelu ainakin 20 vuotta vanhaa. Ilmeisesti aivan liian vanhasta koko-lattiamatosta tuli niin tunkkainen ja pistävä haju, että huoneessa ei voinut oleskella eikä nukkua ilman, että ikkuna olisi ollut kokonaan auki koko ajan. Varustelu ei todellakaan ole neljän tähden arvoinen kuten hotellia mainostetaan. Aamupala tilan kalusteet ja ruokailuun liittyvät keittimet ym. ehkä samat kuin 80-luvulla. Takapihalla hirveä meteli yöaikaan, kun kuorma-autot tuovat ja vievät tavaraa viereiseen myymälään keskellä yötä klo.12.00 - 3.00 yöllä ja aamulla 5 aikaan tulivat roska-autot. (Sietämätön pauke ja kolina.) Hyvät puolet: Keskeinen sijainti ja asiallinen henkilökunta, siivoojat tekivät työnsä hyvin, hotellihuoneen tunkkaisuus ei varmasti ole heidän vikansa. . Vika ei siis ollut henkilökunnassa.

Gut auch mit öffentlichen Verk
Gut auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Wer 10-15 min zu Fuß geht ist am Hauptbahnhof oder Altmarkt. Ruhige Lage direkt gegenüber der Kirche St. Peter. Keine Klimaanlage dafür aber Lüfter im Zimmer. Personal mehrsprachig, kompetent und natürlich höflich. Gegenüber Hotelengang auch kleine Frühstücksbäckerei. 5-7 min zum größten Kaufhaus oder an der Moldau. In der Umgebung nette Restaurants natürlich günstiger als in der Altstadt usw..

Nelle due volte che sono stato nell'hotel c'era disponibilità di internet solo dalla reception Sarebbe opportuno avere collegamento WiFi veloce in camera (meglio se incluso nel prezzo)

Super Nice and Great Location
This was my first trip to Prague and I didn't have time to do my hoomework. The location of the hotel made getting around easy. Walking distance to the middle of the historic district and also to the tour buses that offered city tours, etc. Very quiet location. Out my window closeby was a historic square. Just beautiful and everything you want Europe to be. Amazing breakfast included. Would stay here again for sure and hope to do so next year.

Though tucked away on a side-street the hotel is just a short walk to one of Prague's main shopping boulevards. Also in the historic center there are many upscale shops and beautiful souvenir shops too.

this hotel was great. They let me check in early at no extra charge. It is a few minute walk from EVERYTHING! And yet it was outside of the noise of the city. The staff was so helpful. The rooms are small...but you really will be too busy to stay in them.
