One of the best hotels ever!
Staff was nice and held our luggage until check-in time so we could peruse the city. Great rooms featuring state of the art bathrooms and VERY comfortable beds. My sister even opted to stay in and sleep!

The hotel has a great little bar right in the lobby. The bartenders provided exceptional service and even gave us samples of the liquors before we purchased them!

Purely Pampered Experience!
We spent 3 wonderful days at this centrally located truly "5-star" hotel - extremely clean, cheerful & helpful staff in all areas - great bed & pillows, wonderful views and very extensive breakfast buffet & Happy Hour - we also hooked up with a special tour, thru the concierge, which was the highlight of our stay in Warsaw! We had dinner at both of the restaurants, both of which had great food. We'd return to this hotel in a minute!

Great Hotel, but Look Out for the Extras
Very modern and convenient hotel located within walking distance to the train/bus station. I arrived tired and a little early, waited for awhile and was then upgraded to an executive room...a very much appreciated gesture that left a very good impression.

There is a hidden market across and up the street a bit. Great prices and a great spot to pick up yogurt, fresh pastries, fresh fruit, and sodas. The market is across the street from Friday's restaurant which has weekday dinner specials.

Great Hotel, but Look Out for the Extras
On my second visit here, I did not receive an upgrade to the executive level. The room was a little smaller, but still superior. Some small things were not the same though...the scale in the room did not work, no do not disturb sign in the room (and of course, I was disturbed by housekeeping) and attitude of the staff was not quite as friendly or helpful.

The staff were very helpful, the tours they arranged went without a hitch. We had nothing to complain about. We would definitely stay there again.

Behind the hotel there is an Italian restaurant that has the best goulash in the city. Pizza's good too!

Westin Warsaw
Very clean, quiet and luxurious. My wife and I were in town for sightseeing and found the location to be within reasonable walking distance of Old Town. Our biggest complaint was that there was no free WIFI in the room. This was the fourth hotel on our current trip in Europe and the first to not have this service. Very surprising for such a luxury hotel to not offer this. Our bill at check out had errors but the problem was quickly and courteously resolved. Overall we would recommend this hotel especially if you have no need for internet.

HLN's Experience
The Westin Warsaw
I upgraded my stay to include breakfast and internet service. This allowed me to be part of the executive level which help make the expense seem more reasonable. They offered free drinks and food during the evening. This was a nice way to meet people traveling from many parts of the world while relaxing after a tough day.
