Great Location
I had a room with 2 queen beds on the 18th floor. It was very quiet and the beds were fantastic. Great sleep every night and a great retreat at the end of the day from being in a different culture. Helpful staff and responsive to every need.

Walk the opposite direction from the main seaside mall up to the park. Great restaurants and a better environment than the mall

The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The hotel rooms were very clean. breakfast on the 21st floor was delicious!

Awesome Staff!!
What I liked best about the hotel was the very friendly hotel staff. The toilet was stuck and they rushed right up to fix it. They were prompt with wake-up calls. They were super polite during our (very late) check-in and were still able to move us into a room that better suited our travels. The free breakfast had a pretty decent buffet and they would make you anything if you didn't like what was at the buffet line. And always there was a doorman or concierge holding open the door and saying "Good Morning". So refreshing from the hotels in the US. I felt so welcome! Points off for the one day our room wasn't clean (but we were in it almost the whole day, so that's probably our fault), and because the TV stopped working! Also, the cold/hot water in the shower was always to one extreme, never just comfortable. But many thanks to people like Rafael, Eliseo, and Pablo who made the stay comfortable despite all these things. Oh and the welcome drink and chocolates on your pillow every night? LOVE! :) :)

Nice place friendly helpful staff
Got in real late, about 2 am local time, check in was smooth and efficient. Had requested a room on upper floors (In Lima people honk their horns at all hours) so the higher up the less traffic noise. Breakfast buffet was on top floor, on clear days the view was great and the food and service excellent. Staff does not have many people fluent in English, but are helpful and eventually handled all of our requests. Only a few minor complaints, being on a top floor water pressure was low, air circulation in room was poor, bathroom would benefit from a vent fan. Also although they have the hang towels to reuse, everytime housekeeping changed towels. Enjoyed our stay, will return next time in Peru

La Paz Cafe by Kennedy Park was the highlight of our dining in Peru. Don't get hijacked by the two cafes nearby.
