Secrets Silversands Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive

We stayed for 6 days 5 nights and enjoyed ourselves. There were items wrong with the room that were addressed several times to the front desk, housekeeping and management that never got resolved. Were told by GM they were under staffed due to recent outbreaks in the area. Other than these issues our stay was perfect, great food, nice pools and relaxing spa. To top it off the weather couldnt have been better.

This resort was absolutely beautiful. It exceeded all expectations. There were beach activities included, there were amazing shows at night, endless food and drink all day long. The resort and rooms are as wonderful as the website pictures show. The restraunts were very nice with delicious food. We are already planning our return vacation. It is nice to be able to partake in most activities along with drinking all day long and not have to carry any money or wristband.

Exceptional value. Rooms beautiful,staff extremely attentive, helpful and polite. Food was very good. Great place to recharge.

My husband and I traveled to Secrets Silversands for our honeymoon and we had a great time! The rooms were clean, the drinks were flowing, the entertainment was wonderful, the food was excellent and you couldn't ask for better service! It was a great fit for my husband and I considering we have totally different personalities! I could lay on the beautiful beach and he could play beach volleyball! If you go, make sure you visit El Patio and ask for [...]! If you're on the beach and need a drink [...] is your man! We will definitely be back!

We loved the Secrets Silversands. We were here to celebrate my 50th birthday and we were thrilled with this hotel. We loved that it is smaller! It feels like a botique hotel like the W. We would highly recommend it and we will come back. We travel all over the world and this is definetly in our Top 5 hotels! The pools are so gorgeous and our room had a pool view and an ocean view. Don't miss this treasure !

Great hotel and staff. Pools everywhere, good food, great pool service. Trendy resort like Miami Beach comes to Cancun.

We had a great time. I think the hotel needs to improve on it "consistency". We had much better service/experience then others we spoke to. We kept our room clean and tidy and the maids serviced us great. We did leave notes and $2, which went long way. xtra towels each day, fridge re-stocked, towel art and roses on bed and in tub one evening. Turn down service each night too! Restaurants were ok, I ask the server what is good or ask another guest and I was pleased. Stick with the simple things and you will be ok. Our friends tried Lamb and Duck in the italian rest, neither were pleased. I had the salmon, it was very good. The outside rest, Oceana, I think....WONDERFUL red snapper w/ veggies. The Ceviche was awesome at the pool as well as at Oceana. We all liked the steak sandwich at the pool. The outside Veranda Bar was fun each evening, depending on the crowd. One night a group of guests controlled the DJ and mostly "rap and gangster" music was played...not enjoyable! Management was not noticed often by us, that could be improved. All in all, we had a great time and I would go back. BE CAREFUL at check-in, they let us use our $200 resort credit to upgrade our room, but told us we could only use $150 towards. Just pay attention. THE ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE, Clean and new-awesome!

Service VERY SLOW,$200 credit scam to get u to spend money,top shelf liquor kept hidden unless u ask they don"t offer.Food fair ,no snacks.No BEACH rocks&weeds OVERALL RATING 2 star

Secrets Silversands was a wonderful honeymoon destination. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful beach and multiple pool areas. The food was also great and the options of Mexican, Asian, Italian, French, Medeterranian and seafood cuisine was definitely a plus. The helpful staff made the trip that much more comfortable and also lent a hand in our planning for day trips away from the resort.
