Very Pleasant
The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with fresh flowers every morning. I would gladly stay there again!

PV Marina Gem
We have written before of this excellent value hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Right on the Marina, a good menu at the Hotel, a pool and staff that cannot be beat. If you have never stayed at the Flamingo, please try it. OK, it is not 5-star (but surely 3.5), and the matresses are Mexico-good-for-your-back-stiff, but everything is well kept, the rooms are cleaned to anyone's expectation (look for the folded animal towels), and we have loved this place for the value and convenience for the last six years. We will be be back

If you have saved a ton by staying at Flamingo, spend some at the very upscale Liverpool a short walk south on the main road.

Really good value!
We have stayed here many times, as well as our family and friends. Tried other hotels but always come back here, will not even bother to look around anymore...this is a great place!

Love this hotel and staff
We arrived at the hotel to a very courteous staff, helpful beyond belief. Our room was spotless clean, the restaurant staff as well were awesome...Great food as well! We recommend this hotel to all our friends and family and have for a few years now...but it just seems to get better each time!

Some things are better then others
The hotel was clean but paint peeling everywhere. The staff was courteous but every item from a small refrigerator to a lock for the safe had an additional cost. The pool area was nice and staff very accomodating. I did have one issue where we kept receiving hang up phone calls to our room and that was disconcerting.

There are so many terrific resturants in the area. We liked Mr. Cream for breakfast, 8 Tostadas and Mr. Jack's along with many others.

Good basic room in good marina location
We enjoyed the location on the marina. The hotel was very basic with only a restaurant but no coffee available until 7:30 am so we had to walk to a store to get coffee.

Yes, certainly it was great! I
Yes, certainly it was great! I had compared prices, location & service before traveling. The hotel price was the best in town, calm & tranquility was much felt. The Marina location is distant from downtown, we rode the city bus @ .65 VS a taxi @6.00. The city buses are much cheaper than getting a taxi. The service was excellent by all staff members, Food is delicious! we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is located at the marina,There are many restaurants to chose from, all within walking distance. The hotel grounds and swimming pool area are very nice, the staff is pleasant and helpful.
