This is a good hotel in a not
This is a good hotel in a not so good area. Great comfortable rooms and huge bathrooms. It's about 8 blocks off Juarez and then about 5 blocks to Zocalo. It's not the distance but it's a hardware/retail area and after dark it's pretty empty.

Dirty location. Not for international travelers, staff had little or no language skills. Old bedding , hard beds food average

Very good value, clean.
Arrived to Mexico City by bus at 5:30 AM following a 7 hour ride from the south with our 2 year old boy. We were still pretty groggy,in need of a nap & shower....the front desk person allowed us into our room early (6:30 AM)without hassle or extra charge. Hotel location was within a 20 minute walk of the zocalo, 5 minutes to the nearest metro station. Great complimentary breakfast: with juice, coffee, fresh yogurt & melon, eggs cooked to order and rolls. Excellent value for the cleanliness, location and room size.

Value for money choice
unexpectedly huge room, with very good facilities,nice breakfast, close to subway station and the biggest handcraft market of the city. The only issue this the airconditioner is too noisy

Great Service, Close to everything
We traveled around Mexico City for three days and the people there were very helpful and got everything set up for us at a great price. We couldn't get into the fitness center though. Some of the best service from a Best Western and everything we needed was in English too!
