Royal Solaris Cancun Resort, Marina & Spa- All Inclusive

The hotel was not that great. The rooms were not up to my standards. There were no king single beds when I checked in so my partner and I had to have a double bed. There are no smoking rooms which upset my bf. The food was not good at all. The buffet food had no taste. The Marco Polo restaurant was the best, the food was exceptional. The staff was more than nice to us. The pool was wonderful, we loved the swim up bar. And of course the blue waters was the highlight of our trip.

everything was good. But the room it was not the same as what I saw on picture they show me different picture and they gave me different room. So hotel was fine but travel agency was not.

The hotel was nice. The staff were very friendly. The one thing that could change is instead of saying someones going to let you know more about the hotel is to let people know it's a sales pitch for a timeshare. The food selction was good and you didn't have to wait long at all for seating. Outside the hotel was clean and the pool was good. The one thing that needs to be changed/upgraded are the beds. They weren't soft and you could feel all the springs.

Hotel staff if very friendly, but caught housekeeping going through my things with my dresser drawers open kept do not disturb sign on door entire time. Lock all your stuff up! Food was horrible. Entertainment area very small. Hotel old and everything is falling apart. This place shouldn't be called a resort.

Excelent service and staff with wonderful food. Fun place for families with small children, or adults only. Wonderful nightly entertainment variety. Clean beaches with crystal clear water.

My husband and I both became very ill, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea for 3 days, had to see a physician and start on antibiotics. This is the sickest I think I have ever been. Never going to Mexico again.

The hotel and staff were very friendly- When i go back i need to make sure it isnt Mexico's spring break- alot of small children that parents didnt watch--other than that the beach was beautiful as was the pool area-

The beach was really nice, white sand and big waves. I enjoyed walking the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive and we would go back!

Hotel was perfect. We all three got some gi bug 1 day. After that. All was wonderful. The only suggestion I would say is to put teen or college spring breakers together in one area. They are too loud and rude. Pool was great. Beach location is close to a sandbar and water was wonderful. Perfect. Food excellent. I think overall this hotel is closer to a 5 star. Loved it!
