GR Caribe by Solaris Deluxe All Inclusive

The element that made the whole difference were the people in there. All the waiters (specially the ones in the pool bar) were amazing, making sure we had the best time ever and that we had everything we wanted. The ones in the restaurants were also amazing. The people at the reception room were very helpful. The food at the restaurants was good, the amenities were very nice and we had access to the amenities of the sister hotel royal solaris. We were given an ocean view room (that we had not paid for) and the decoration is beautiful. A problem that if it wouldn't have been for the quality of service we've got we would have made a great deal out of it is that one day we found a cockroach in our toilet. That day was raining and we were on the main floor and in a tropical weather those bugs come out but I would expect some measures to avoid that in a 4 stars hotel. We called reception and immediately they send someone to get rid of the bug and they put some kind of liquid in the pipes so they don't come out again. We had a great time and we were cockroach free for the other days. We would come back... the hotel was very clean... we believe it was the rain issue and that the person who cleaned the room forgot to put the liquid that day. The just need to put more attention to it.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay at for our one year wedding anniversary. The hotel staff was wonderful ( especially Vanilly), the rooms were very clean, the access to the sister property pool was well worth it, and the Bogavante Restaurant was a great place for a relaxing dinner as well as a romantic dinner that sits on the beach and is also open air. The only downsides are the beds in the room are hard as a rock and the location could have been better as I would have liked to have been closer to downtown. One last thing is to watch out for the time share presentations in Mexico. We wasted most of one day at one of these that was on a different property and had nothing to do with GR Caribe.

I have never booked an all-inclusive before. I was a little hesitant to be honest. I based the decision to stay here by the reviews and feedback, and I can honestly say that this hotel and experience completely and totally exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic - close to the airport, but you would never know - no sound or sight of airplanes. The beach feels completely exclusive and you are sheltered enough from the mega-hotels that you feel like you are on a private island almost. The hotels architecture and amenities are unique and incredible - so much character and style - it still is hard to believe the price for what you get in return. The staff were all super friendly - one guy in particular was our favorite, Vanilly -super good guy - always a huge smile, just great! The food and drinks were really good - although some might say the drinks werent potent enough - I'd disagree - they tasted great and did the job right. My wife and I went for 4 days and we will definitely return - absolutely amazing experience!!

WE HAD VISITED 2 YRS AGO AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL DOWN THE BEACH AND HAD A GREAT TIME IN CANCUN. THIS HOTEL WAS VERY BORING WITH NO AMENITIES EXCEPT A POOL. BEST SUITED FOR A MORE "MATURE" AGED VISITOR. ROOMS WERE MUSTY AND DARK BUT CLEAN. FOOD AND SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THIS HOTEL IS BEST FOR SLEEPING AND RELAXING. THE HOTEL THAT CAN BE USED NEXT DOOR IS MUCH MORE EXCITING.

First time in Cancun and first time staying at an all-inclusive resort- exceeded my expectations by far! We will definitely be back and have been recommending to friends since we returned!

the service is the best bartenders, restaurants, front desk. food is real good. i will go back for sure.

This resort was simply paradise! From the bellboy to management. The rooms are well kept and spacious, the beach is extremely clean and clear and the bar service is phenominal. The one and only thing that I was not to happy with was there food selections. Im not saying it was bad just would of liked more options. One tip take plenty of american money like singles. The resort doesn't offer american money, only Mexican. Overall this resort gets 2 thumbs up!

This was our first family vacation and couldn't asked for a better stay! Our 2nd trip to Cancun and this was the perfect hotel for family. Young or looking for adult only resort and prefer nightlife, head over to Golden Parnassus instead. This is strictly for family and R&R. The resort is 10 mins away from airport and few minutes from downtown. The local bus is few yards from the front door. The staff was awesome! The F&B Manager Salvador took care of our every need. Stick with Venito for Dinner and don't go looking for food at 2AM, they have 24hr room service and will deliver where you want within the resort area.

We had an enjoyable pleasant stay at this hotel for a week...Food was good. The best part was the nightly shows which we liked a lot...the rooms are clean, nice pools and beach..would definitely recommend.

This hotel is located in a quiet area west of the normal tourist areas; therefore you can really relax here. There was never a problem finding a good beach chair and access to the water. The food is pretty decent. The drinks seemed "watered down" - but there were unlimited refills on anything you wanted (within reason). The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our maid was very creative with the towels and sheets by making clever designs every day. The nightly entertainment was fair (don't expect Vegas-style dancing), but we noticed a lot of young children at the late night dancing.
