Hotel Dellarosa

Le personnel est très agréable , mais les chambres sont très sombres , la Tv ne marche pas très bien , le petit déjeuner est mauvais et certaines chambres ( par ex la 205 ) sont à éviter absolument . L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové . Il ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles !

Pas trés bien placé, chambres correctes, boissons tres chéres (whisky à 7€ ...)

Très bel hotel moderne, bien situé, à proximité de la ville européene et à 15 minutes environ à pied de la médina.

I loved the hotel. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom was too with plenty of sink space. The staff was incredible and very friendly. They arranged my day trips and catered to my needs, granted there weren't many needs. The hotel has a nice bar and a rooftop terrace that is quite scenic, a hammam, pool and a restaurant. It is two blocks from Mohammed V Blvd. and fifteen minutes walking to the medina and Place Djemma-El-Fna. I really liked the area I was in as it isn't as chaotic as the medina and there are many high end restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is a small bodega next door that has anything you might need like bottled water and toiletries. All in all my stay was very nice here and I would recommend it and stay here again myself.

Had a room in the Hotel Delarossa for three nights and was very happy with my decision. The room was clean and dusted and even had rose petals on the surfaces. The bathroom was of decent size and contained a tub/shower, a sink with with room for stuff on it and a toilet. The room itself was large and had everything I would expect from a 3-star or higher hotel(safe, wifi, large bed, reading area, TV, coffee machine, a/c). I was very happy with the room. The hotel arranged a day trip for me to Essaouiri and has a book of all tours and they will arrange everything for you. They can also arrange cab and airport transfers, which is very handy in a place you have never been too. Hotel Delarossa is located in the Hivernage district, about a five minute walk to Mohammed V Ave and there are tons of restaurants and shops in the area. It is about fifteen minutes to walk to the medina and Place Djemma-El-Fna. The area around the hotel is beautiful with hydrangea, palms, bougainvillea and greenery everywhere. I was never concerned with safety anywhere as the whole city seemed relatively safe to me. I enjoyed the staff very much and the restaurant wait staff and separate bar staff were all very accomodating. My only complaint would be an errant rooster that crowed early in the morning every day somewhere in the neighborhood and no fault of the hotel at all. It adds to the ambience of Marrakesh. I didn't try the pool or Hammam but was happy that those options were there as well. I would stay here again.

Great for the new city as well as the Medina and Square

Hotel Dellarosa is very close to the main tourist attractions. Although it is not a very big hotel, its rooms are reasonable size and with good room facility. The staff are very helpful and efficient. The hair dryer in our room did not work and they sent the engineer to fix it the same night I reported it. However, the swimming pool is too small and not really swimmer friendly. The food choice during breakfast was very limited and ran out quite early too.

Very friendly staff, very good location for Jamaa El Fna and other sights.

Excellent location - 15 minutes walk to the old town and 10 minutes walk to the new town. Taxis are very easily accessed from outside the hotel. Great gymnasium with several machines and dumbells to 26kg. The spa was well received by my wife! There is a large roof terrace with sun beds which we used but the pool is downstairs and we did not use the latter. Staff very helpful and polite. We went for a suite which was extremely spacious. There are some works going on here but these did not inconvenience us during our stay. The only downside with this hotel is the restaurant -breakfast is ok with cakes, fruit, tea etc so all good but we ate there one night and the food then was well below par. But there are plenty of good restaurants in the new town in Guilez so you can eat out there easily.
