Torino Hotel Rome

Arrived at the Termini station from airport and the hotel was 3 minutes walk away. Walk to main sites approx. 10 - 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. Cannot fault the hotel, breakfast was fabulous and enough to set you up for the day, so much choice and quantity. Bed linen lovely and clean, towels nice and white with free toiletries and even a hairdryer in the bathroom. Room had a safe which was easy to use and free (rare these days). Room was serviced each day we were there. Would recommend using the Terravision bus from the airport which was so easy to use and dropped at the Termini station. Tour bus is around the corner and would recommend taking this as you get to see all of the sites and can hop on and off then get back to the hotel after a full eventful day.

the room was quite small and the beds were the worst part; they need to replace them asap. on the other hand the location was very convenient with a lot of restaurants near by as well as metro station and main train terminal Ternimi. I would rate this hotel as ** only

Nice location, very close to the railway station, only 15 mins of walking to Coliseum, the Monument of Emmanuel II etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They serve breakfast (included) on the rooftop and you may see a nice panoramic view of the city.

初日、バスタブのない狭い部屋を宛がわれたので、フロントに部屋を替えてくれる様に頼んだら、翌日の朝食後に替えてくれた。 が、移動先の部屋は最近使われていなかったらしく、バスタブにお湯を張ると赤いお湯が、、、　鉄鋼泉と思い込むのも無理なので、毎日入浴前に2度、湯船いっぱいにお湯を出して、赤みが無くなるまでお湯を出し続けた。 次回、また泊まりたいかと問われれば、NO！ あ、立地は良いですよ♪

They didn't help bring any bags to the room. Staff made it seem like every question was a great burden to answer. Rooms were tiny. Wifi was overpriced. Early check-in was not allowed. Cigarette smell came in through AC when other people were smoking in their rooms. The AC was anemic.

Very good value - nice breakfast was included and the staff was very friendly. I asked for a late check-out and could leave at 1 PM without a problem. I asked for a double room just for myself because I was worried about room size and needed some space to work. The room had two beds but was still very cramped. The shower sprayed all over the place and the water was at best tepid.

立地はいいです。テルミニから徒歩４～５分ほどで、空港から電車できてそこから徒歩でホテルに到着できるのがいいと思います。ホテルは古く、チェックインした部屋はとても狭かったですが、朝食が最上階のテラスで気持ちよかったです。フロントの方達も明るくいい方でした。

I was traveling around Europe and decided to visit Rome for 3 days. I stayed in the Trino Hotel for all 3 days and was not impressed with the accommodations. This hotel does not rate 4 stars, possibly 3. The lobby looks great and promising but the rooms are a far cry from luxurious. It does have all the necessities but barely... for example the beds, the beds in our room were what you would expect of a roller bed (hard and the sheets were old)... although the bathroom is nice. The staff was extremely unhelpful. I asked for a map and they simply pointed to a counter with a ton of pamphlets. i then asked about the city and they looked at me like i was an idiot. Very unhelpful, the staff has no business in the hospitality business. oh yeah... the internet is only available in the lobby, actually only on the couch in the lobby... very slow. i'm sorry if this sounds really negative but compared to my other travels this was defiantly subpar. for the price LOOK elsewhere

The room was quite small, but perfect for my needs. The hotel staff was excellent. I did not care for leaving my key at the front desk each time I departed the hotel though.
