Chambre propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous sommes arrivés à 13h00, pas de personnel pour nous accueillir. Le patron du bar voisin qui doit gérer également l'établissement nous a laissé les clés de la chambre et est reparti aussitôt sans aucune explications. Petit déjeuner léger au bar juste à côté (on vous laisse un bon pour une boisson et une viennoiserie). L'emplacement est très bien dans un quartier très sympa à découvrir et au calme.

Tut mir leid fuer den netten menschen der uns eingechecked at, der war super nett aber B&B? Nee wir hatten ein apartment und das ist ja auch ok weil es riesig gross war aber die sauberkeit und der zustand war unter aller sau. Die kueche hatte ameisen, das badezimmer hat schimmel ueberall an den waenden und in der dusche. Die matratze im Schafzimmer war steinhard, der schrank faellt ausseinander, die kissen und decken sind mindestens 10 jahre alt. Im wohnzimmer sind schwarze spuren ueber der heizung, die couch ist rot mit scharzem dreck versehen. Der aufzug geht nicht. Am ersten tag zum fruehstueck bekamen wir 4 crossaints, 4 pack zwieback, 3 Orangensaft, 1 tee, 1 cafe (mini), 2 mini marmaladen (fuer 4 personen). Am zweiten tag bekamen wir nur 2 orangensaft, 1 tee, 1 cappuccino, 4 crossaint, keine marmalade, kein zwieback. Wie gesagt das personal ist super freundlich aber das hilft nichts wenn man schimmel und dreck bekommt. Hier wuerde ich nie wieder uebernachten. Wollte bilder hochladen aber es laesst mich nicht.

Wem eine gute Lage und ein freundlicher Service wichtiger ist als Komfort und Stil, der liegt hier richtig.

I was so happy to find this place. We were walking distance from all of ancient Rome. If you can't find someone when you ring the bell, just drop over to Bros the cafe bar on the corner. They often carry the key. We settled into our room and went to do the paperwork, instead we were told, "It's Rome, and beautiful today. Go explore, the paperwork can wait." So we did. When we got back we were given directions to a bakery just around the corner for dessert and told not to worry about the paper work. He could see we were exhausted from our very long walk and told us to go rest, Afterall, we were in Rome. We explored, we were near the college area and the hotel was more of a bed and breakfast (at Bros of course). When we checked out, we finally got the paperwork done and left with the feeling that we had made friends and would be welcomed back. It's not your big American hotel type. It's charming, neat and tidy.

Het is geen hotel. Die zijn gewone appartamenten. Gewoon een flat. En ze hebben helemaal geen WIFI. Maar op dit website staat dat ze gratis WIFI hebben. Er is helemaal geen service. Dus komt niemand om schoon te maken. Vieze handdoeken, dekken enz...En ook hebben ze geen airconditie . Er was geen administratie. Ze heen alleen aan de overkant een kleine cafe, waar je sleutel kan krijgen en s ochtend s een gratis koffie drinken. Ik adviseer niemand om deze appartamenten te reserveren. Er zijn heel veel betere hotels in Rome voor bijna zelfde prijs.

Great location, few steps away from Trastevere..the apartment was very comfortable. Cheap price for a great apartment! i would recommend it!!! A++++++

Om te beginnen dit is GEEN Hotel. Mensen dit is een B&B. Ik reserveerde mijn vlucht plus een hotel met de veronderstelling dat dit een hotel van 3 sterren was. Dit is niet eens een hotel. Mijn hele verblijf in Rome was een hel. Ik moet meteen op zoek gaan diezelfde naar een ander Hotel. Een hotel dat ook een hotel is. In die plek was niet te verblijven. Het was gewoon een Italiaanse huis die te huur aangeboden werd. Er was niet eens een normale receptie. De receptioniste werken daar tot maar 10 uur s avonds. In de advertentie van ebookers stond dat het 24 uur was. Geen sprake van. De receptioniste was totaal niet behulpzaam. Integendeel ze probeerde nog wat geld van ons te verdienen. Ze vertelde dat wij nog tax schuldig waren aan het "hotel" terwijl we al 42 euro voor niks aan het hotel hadden betaald. Kortom: ik ben gewoon belazerd met het verblijf. De vlucht zelf was uitstekend, niks aan te merken. Maar het "hotel" was een leugen. Het was B&B in plaats van hotel van 3 sterren. Kortom mensen wees altijd voorzichtig met reserveren van slaapplaatsen.

The hotel was located very conveniently in terms of public transportation. Also the pedestrian area of Trastevere was near. The staff was nice and helpful, but the room was a disappointment. A small double room where an extra bed was squeezed in. It was not possible to open the closet because of the bed. The TV did not work in 2 first days and the staff did not know how to help. There was no air conditioning until 15.6. in the building and the room temperature was +25C. The fridge did not get cool and the toilet seat cover was wobbling. All the staff was able to compensate was a mini bottle of prosecco (1 for 3 persons).
