BEST WESTERN Hotel President

Hôtel vieillot. Petit déjeuner passable. Le seul intérêt de cet Hôtel est son emplacement à 30 s de la station de métro Manzoni et du Bus.

It´s just a great hotel, just 1 min from metro station, about 5 mins car from rome termini, about 1 mile from colosseum. Excellent breakfast ( continental deluxe) eggs, ham, juice, bread, almost everthing for free, no complains

Great hotel, staff, and location. The rooms are a good size and so is bathroom. The rooms are clean and updated with free internet and flat screen tv(only one Channel in English CNN). The staff was nice and helpful with directions. The hotel is 2 steps to the Mazoni train station and like 10 minutes from the termini train station by bus. Attractions are at walking distance as well.

From the train station to this hotel it should only cost you 8 euros! I got suckered in and paid 28 euros(including tip). Before you get into the cab ask if they have meters. The hotel was very nice and clean and right outside the door is the entrance to go down to the subway station. The counter personal at check in tried to get me to buy their touring bus tickets that they promote, but I refused and said I would take the subway to my destinations. I found a tour bus later on and got tickets almost half the price the hotel clerk wanted me to pay. They have a very nice buffet breakfast. You had to pay I believe 10 dollars a day for internet access in your room but in the lobby they had a computer with free access.When you leave the hotel and turn left there is little restaurant on the corner to get pizza, drinks or small snacks reasonable.

Hellhörig zum Gang. Ein Steckdose (roter Punkt) funktioniert durchgehend auch wenn man keine Karte im Zimmer einsteckt- praktisch zum Laden von Batterien. Die Bar ist recht günstig. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Frühstück auch recht gut, ab und zu wird auch zusätzlich "echter" Kafee angeboten. Ansonsten vom Automaten. Leicht erreichbar mit derder U-Bahn A. 2. Station von Termini - praktisch gleich vorm Haus.

It's a good hotel and it has a nice breakfast. But I asked them to book a taxi to take me to the airport and, eventhough they told me it was a trustable driver, he ripped me off. He charged me 60 Euros in a ride the hotel staff told me would cost 50 Euros. And the taxi driver wouldn't budge although I told him about the price that was agreed beforehand.

I was very pleased with my staying at Best Western President Hotel Rome. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. We had nice breakfast and you could have a snack for a good price. The hotel is good situated- 10 steps from the metro station Manzoni (when i say 10 i mean exactly 10!!!), which is on line A (the Metro line where all the monuments of Rome are). The only disadvantage was that we could not find a mini market or a proper reastaurant in the neighbour.

L hotel anche se individuale fa parte della catena best western, ottima posizione giusto a due passi dalla fermata metro Manzoni linea A. Attenzione alla posizione della camera perchè se da sul lato esterno ovvero su via emanuele filiberto auguri per poter addormentarvi traffico a tutte le ore, infatti poi abbiamo chiesto di spostarci verso l interno e li dolci notti!! Bagno nuovo e rifinito, doccia ottima, colazione di sicuro non al pari livello di un hotel 4stelle, ma in totale ve lo consiglio vivamente!

I have no difficulties in recommending this hotel. The location is very good (close to metro) . The standard of service is very good and the staff are very helpful. Room internet service (free for first hour) is excellent . In addition, a good breakfast is provided.

Very average hotel. Close to metro station. Definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
