Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist modern und sauber. Die Zimmer sind gross und es hat alles, was man braucht. Zusätzlich steht Wireless zu einem Aufpreis zur Verfügung. Den Gästen steht einen Schwimmbad zur freien Verfügung - mit Blick über ganz Mailand. Leider ist das Hotel ein wenig weit weg vom Zentrum. Man muss den Zug nehmen, um dorthin zu gelangen.

Hotel liegt sehr weit ausserhalb von Mailand und ist eigentlich nur mit dem ShuttleBus des Hotel zu erreichen. Dies ist ein bisschen störend, da man immer im Hotel anrufen muss um abgeholt zu werden. Zimmer sind ganz ok, aber im Detail hakt es bisschen. Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht ausschalten, was aufgrund des Geräusches Nachts störend sein kann. Sauberkeit war ok, aber auch nicht übermässig gut. Frühstück ist wie bei den meisten südländisches Hotels eher schlecht, aber für ein schnelles Frühstück total ok

het was een zeer fijne ervaring. het was iets buiten de stad gelegen maar met de shutle service geraak je zeer snel int stad. zeer goed ontbijt, leuke kamer, zwembad en fitness ruimte!!

My husband and I booked a room at this hotel for our last night of a 12 day stay in Italy. Most of the trip we rented apartments, so we wanted to treat ourselves for the last night. We arrived in Milan via train from Rome and got a taxi to the Hub. We went to the front desk to check in and we were told to go have a drink at the hotel bar (14 euro for 2 beers) while they "figured out" our reservations. About 10 minutes later the woman from the front desk tells us that they have overbooked the hotel (on a Wednesday night) and they are going to have to take us somewhere else. The hotel they shuttled us to was about 45 minutes FARTHER from Milan than the Hub and they were less than impressed that there were shuttles full of unexpected guests on their doorstep. We were NOT refunded the money we paid for the room at the Hub, even though we never actually got to see it, and the manager has since neglected to respond to my e-mails... Save yourself the headache and choose somewhere else!

The Hotel was very nice and comfortable, the staff were VERY Friendly, the locations is not fantastic but they have 24/7 free shuttles that take you from the hotel to the metro station.

Stylish, modern & clean throughout. Great lobby & patio areas to relax and unwind with a drink in your hand.

This hotel is brand new...so new in fact that the Wellness center is still being constructed. Only the gym is open at the moment. It will be a few months yet before the pool and everything else that goes along with it is completed. The location isn't the best for checking out downtown Milan, but it's up to you if you'd like to pay more to get closer to the action. I'm from Milwaukee and didn't feel the least bit unsafe walking anywhere around the hotel or Italy in general. The morning breakfast was a great perk to start the long days of sightseeing. Anything you'd expect for a great meal was there waiting for you from 7 to 10. The night host, [...], was outstanding and went out of his way to make each guest happy. He even called the local pizzeria for me late one night and had the shuttle drive me to and from the restaurant so I could pick up my dinner as most of the places around town were closed by then.

The hotel was beautiful, however the location was not convenient. They make up for it, or tried, by providing a free shuttle to the metro, however it is in a dark and uncomfortable area so if you travel back to the hotel at night you need to have someone with you.[...].great rooms and superb service.
