good
rather good hotel, but we were surprised to pay for breakfast.It wasn't included. However the location is not far from the center,it's situated near busness center and by tram is the fast way to get to the center of Milan.

Great location and Italian Style
Location is good only if you don´t mind walking about half a mile from the nearest subway station. The rooms are clean but every service has an additional cost like breakfast and internet. Finally, the recepcionist in the night shift has really rude manners with all customers that he calls "Italian style" I would not stay in this hotel again.

Long walk from hotel
Buy an all day pass for the subway, bus and tram across the street from this hotel in the tobacco shop.It is the cheapest way to travel around the city.

staff was terrible
There was a dead rat on the side waslk outside the hotel. In a totally scarry district! The people who worked there were not helpful at all...only annoyed. [...]

Nice Hotel
This is a great Hotel with a great location. Nice room with modern feel especially in the bathroom, very clean and comfortable. FYI, king bed in italy is not a king bed in the US. Garibaldi station is not the most convenient, it is a good long walk to the hotel with a lot of stairs up and down, so if u have heavy luggage, you are in trouble. Tramways are another good way to go places and they are not dark and dirty and underground like the metros.

Formula 1 Fanatic
Modern clean and professional staff
Stayed there for the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Monza. Location is within walking distance to Garibaldi Train station which has an express train to Malpensa and daily route to Monza. It was an excellent location for us. Local dining is as close as across the street or a few blocks away. There are better locations for food, but we weren't in the hotel but to sleep at night so it wasn't a big concern to us.

Great and helpful staff. Clean,easy access to metro to go anywhere. 2 metro stops from central station to takes trains outside milan.

Very clean rooms.. Good Location
If they would had a continental breakfast for free because the breakfast was overpriced and not a good selection. Or at least free coffee would have helped tremendously.

I was suprised!
I was suprised how nice the hotel was considering the great price. The staff where very helpfull considering they all spoke english and i spoke very little italian. Over all i was happy with everything.
