Good hotel for the price
Location was excellent after a late arrival via the airport bus to central station; less than 5 minutes walk away. Good transport links from the station into the centre of Milan, regular metro trains and only 5 mins to the Duomo. The room was clean and comfortable. We generally prefer more modern, minimalistic hotels, but this hotel was excellent value and no complaints. The bathroom was clean and well set-out. Flat-screen TV in the room (didn't actually switch it on), safe and ample storage space. Breakfast was included in the price and was ok, but wouldn't have paid for it- have definitely had better in 4* hotels. Overall, a good stay. Will use again when next visiting Milan.

Frequent Business Traveler
Vacation in Italy
I am a frequent business traveler and I have to say this was one of the worse hotel I have stayed in ages. Hotel's staff were not welcoming. When we arrived they asked for our passports and gave us the key to our room. Not even a single word about their hotel and facilities. In fairness after 3 days of staying there I realized that there is nothing to talk about this facility. This hotel is nothing more than a place to sleep. This hotel is so old and outdated that they don't even have key card for rooms. This hotel should be rated as a low end 3 stars at the most. The only positive aspect of the hotel was its proximity to central train station. I DO NOT recommend this hotel neither for family vacation nor business trip to Milan. I was totally embarrassed in front of my wife and daughter for booking this hotel. Pictures of the hotel in your website are from better time of this facility.

Great Hotel for our Needs
One night in Milan following arrival at Malpensa. Easy access to Central Train Station & trains from Malpensa. Easy access to subway station. Very nice rooms at reasonable price. Good breakfast buffet. Very helpful front desk staff.

We stayed in the hotel for 6
We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and we enjoyed it very much. We believe that it is a proper 4 star hotel with all the facilities that you would expect including service and breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to the central raiway station and the metro.The staff are very friendly and helpful plus you can leave your luggage in storage if necessary.

バス
ミラノ中央駅から歩いて5分程度で便利なロケーション。 バスタブもついており設備は充実している。朝食のメニューも多く充分満足できるものだった。 ハネムーンカップルを含む日本人が多く同宿していたが、人気があるのはうなずけると感じた。

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Convenient location, close to main railway station for airport shuttle bus, and within a few yards of two Metro stations giving quick access to all parts of the city. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
