Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel and Towers

Staff was very friendly!!! Perfect location, close to everything!!!

For the price I paid, I expected a much nicer hotel. Yes, the location near the beach (not on the beach) was pretty nice. Excellent views from the 7th floor - spectacular views from the 18th floor. But the hotel itself is rather ordinary. The area in general - right next to the French Embassy - felt like it was trapped in the 70s. In my room, the bathroom was in serious need of a remodel. The ceiling above the shower was cracked and had mildew stains on it. The bed was fairly comfortable and I did sleep well. The only thing I would suggest is to keep you valuables in the safe. I came back to my room to find my maid surprised I was there and then ask me if 'it was my money'. I looked and sure enough the shekels (coins) I left on the desk were gone. She did return 2 out of 3 to me and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Was there on business for a few days, so the room did the trick. For what I paid, I expected far more - for half the price I had a much better room in Lviv, Ukraine than in Tel Aviv.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt,man muss nur die Strasse überqueren um an den Strand zu gelangen. Shopping,Restaurants und Clubs sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Zu bemängeln ist die zu bezahlende Kommission von USD 200.-- welche man bar vorlegen muss, wenn man nicht in Besitz einer Kreditkarte ist. Auch ging das Personal kaum auf Kundenwünsche ein, die Ausstattung des Zimmers ensprach bei weitem nicht den Standards eines 5 Sternhotels in D,F oder der CH. Fotos des Hotels wie z.B. vom Pool weichen sehr vom Original ab.

Central location easy walk to good resteraunts; cafe and shopping areas. The staff were charming, helpful and welcoming with the exception of the Poolside staff who did not measure up to the service in the rest of the hotel. Our room was spacious and well serviced but slightly worn with pictures coming out of the frame and peeling paint in the bathroom. We found the nightime traffic and music unnoticeable with the air-conditioning on. Given this we would stay there again.

The Sheraton Tel Aviv is located across the street from a beautiful beach on the Mediterranean, and a beachfront with a wide assortment of restaurants and other excellent restaurants within a short taxi ride distance. The hotel provided towels for the beach.
