Beautiful grounds and beach - rooms need updating
Stayed 2 nights in Sanur after spending 4 nights in Nusa Dua and Ubud. The hotel grounds , private beach and pools are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely nice and attentive. however the rooms need updating. Overall good experience since we did not spend too much time at the hotel

Heaven should be like this!
Exceptional service, very nice and clean rooms. Have a couple treatment at the spa! Best 200 dollars ever spent! One of the few exceptions where the real thing looks even better than on the brochure...

Short drive from hotel
Hire cars with driver for the whole day for approx. 30-50 USD instead of taxis. They take you everywhere you want just ask them to avoid very touristic restaurants (aka rip offs).

Almost everything is very good
Almost everything is very good standard for the price except the standard room we stayed was a bit old especially the bath room. Outside facilities are superb. Cozy and stylish atmostphere. The restaurants were very good in terms of food quality and service and reasonably price. I would go back there again.

Een heel fijn en mooi hotel
Een mooi hotel met prachtig groene tuinen. We verbleven in een Club Room. Heerlijk rustig, iets verder van het strand met "privé" zwembad. Heerlijk om te zonnen en zo nu en dan in het water af te koelen. Kamer voorzien van fruitmand, die dagelijks werd aangevuld. Een redelijk goed restaurant aan het strand. Een super Spa!! Een behandeling daar is een echte aanrader!

Bij Restaurant Mezzanine kan je lekker eten voor een acceptabele prijs. Als alternatief kan je je door een gratis taxi laten brengen bij The Village, een goed Italiaans restaurant ook van de Santrian-familie.

We thought the Hotel was beautiful,
We thought the Hotel was beautiful, the service excellent and the hotel staff very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. We requested a kingsize bed and ground floor room, which they supplied. The hotel was very full of European people. My only concern was there was no non smoking section in the restaurant and we had to suffer people smoking whilst eating. Otherwise it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to go there again.

I always stay in the Santrian
I always stay in the Santrian Club suites so these are of a much higher standard than the regular rooms, plus a slightly higher rate. I have stayed in the regular rooms and after the Club suites will never go back..you can't beat the 'extras' you get for being in these ones. Have stayed with the Puri for 3 years running now (& once at the sister hotel [hotel name]) and find them a great hotel group. Hard to find comparable in Sanur..
