Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe

Hotel was just okay. Felt like we could of gotten a better class or service of hotel for the money. Kind of Tricky to find and a little off the beaten path. Older hotel with okay service. Next time would stay a little closer into the heart of everything-although we did enjoy all the walking- nice way to see everything.

This is an excellent high end Hotel and the price reflects that. ( approx $300/day) We had a queen room that was very comfortable and good size for european hotels. The staff was very friendly, spoke english well, and tried hard to do everything we asked of them-- from finding an open Western Union to getting a taxi at 4:00 am. The location is as good as you can get. The Arch and Champ Eley sees(sp) is minutes away. The bus stop for hop on-hop off is right there. We used this bus for most of our sight seeing and it workrd well. The breakfast at 27e seemed expensive and we never used it.

Hotel was clean and included great ammenities in the room. Service was excellent with very knowledgeable concierge staff. Breakfast was expensive (although in line with Paris pricing) and very good. Restaurant service a little slow and air conditioning was not reliable in every room.

location is perfect close to main atractions and two blocks away from lopen tour bus stop and metropoli

The staff was very friendly and the food that we had at the hotel (breakfast at the restaurant and room service) was delicious.

We were mixing business with pleasure. The hotel was ideally located for us. There were many fine restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed walking the Champs Elysees. I would definitely return to the Sofitel on my next visit to Paris.

From the airport AirFrance Bus was a 30 minute ride and stop only four blocks from the hotel. The hotel was in a great location close to everything. Every staff member spoke English which was a great help.

This was a wonderful, safe location near the Arch of Triumph. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We two women often walked at night along the Champs Elysees all around our neighborhood and back to our hotel and felt perfectly secure. The area is the opposite of the left bank or Montmartre, so there aren't thousands of people wandering around 24 hours a day.

Great location a very short walk to Arc de Triumph. Attentive front desk and bell staff. Efficient elevators. Room reasonable size with flatscreen TV. bath quite large for Europe. Quiet side street so no traffic noise. Dozems of bistros within 5 minute walk. Lounge is comfortable, and cozy for afternoon drink or tea.
