Relais de Paris Est Lafayette

I would recomend this hotel to everybody, everything was perfect! The metro is 1 block from the hotel, at the corner you will find a very good caffe.

Small rooms, but comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom. Nice staff, speeks english. Small lift, but 2 stairways. Good value for Orbitz' price.

Close to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est rail stations. Front desk staff were helpful to us first-time Paris visitors. Room was cramped especially with the extra bed we had, but probably typical for Paris.

en la recepcion no sabe nadie español, lo que dificulta cualquier cosa, todos dias echaban un monton de baygon, por que olia un monton, y aun asi nos salio una cucaracha una noche, pero por lo demas muy bien, la situacion esta muy bien, tienes el metro a 5 minutos yuna tienda bastante economica (para lo que es Paris) y tiendas de bocadillos a 3.5 el bocadillo, y un mc donal al lado a precio español

Sehr Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer war eher klein, aber sauber. Die Wände sind etwas zu dünn. Da wir früh in Paris ankamen, haben wir sofort das Zimmer bekommen. Normal 15Uhr. Sehr nettes Personal.

Hotel is in a great location, very close to the north train station and walking distance to Montmarte and Sacre Coeur. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, english was very good. The room was VERY small, but, if you're a tourist in Paris you won't be spending much time in the room except to sleep! Other than the size of the room, it was very neat and tidy, same with the bathroom. All around, very nice little hotel, would consider staying here again if/when I return to Paris.

Nothing fancy, but had the essentials and close to train/subway station. We got a 2 day public transportation pass which let us go wherever we wanted.

We were in Paris on a short family vacation. We took the RER straight from CDG to Gare de Nord. It was an easy walk to the hotel, even with luggage. The front desk was very friendly and even allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived in the morning (our rooms were ready). They are there 24 hours and were always willing to help. Thr rooms were typically small (it is Paris), but clean and with all the amentities. From Gare de Nord, you can get almost anywhere in Paris easily on the train, Metro,or bus. We were able to see everything we wanted to see in the two days that we were there. [...]

The staff's English was far better than my French. We arrived in the morning and they held our bags for us during lunch and then let us check in earlier than the 2:00pm terms. Everyone was very accommodating and polite. We found the room small but clean and bright. The location was fantastic as it is within easy walking distance to Gare du Nord and its Metro connections and RATP B line to ORD. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood and there are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

We were looking for a hotel close to Gare du Nord train station for one night. This hotel served that purpose. However, it was very overpriced for the size of the rooms. We had reserved two junior suites (supposed to be two bedrooms each) - that was an absolute joke. No amenities and don't bother with their breakfast, which is extra. The elevator is too small to hold two people with luggage.
