Lautrec Opera

Good location, less than a 2 minute walk to metro & about 10mins to Opera house. Reception staff were multilingual and breakfast was lovely! Rooms are cosy, but the fifth floor view made up for the size of the room. Very clean bathroom!

Great location, rooms were very small but adequate and it had free wi-fi or you could use the lobby computer with printer for free.The maids did not clean our room on the day before we left.Maids took our dirty towels but didn't leave any for two days.We had no trouble getting them from the desk person, however.Soap,shampoo were missing when we arrived but appeared the next day after we had gone out and purchased these items.All hotel employees were very helpful and courteous.Rooms had great climate control and curtains darkened the room so we could sleep well.All together a great experience and I would certainly use the hotel again.

This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that was so bad that it prompted me to write a review. Other than the location, which is fine, this is just a terrible hotel. The rooms are small. The wireless internet DOES NOT WORK (it's so slow that checking your Yahoo account becomes a challenge that you might not have the patience for). And the staff is terribly rude and unhelpful ([*]I've visited Paris six or seven times, so it's not that I'm unfamiliar with the local culture.)

3度目のパリで、こちらのホテルを利用致しました。女2人旅でした。ツインルームを 合計で4泊し、途中モンサンミッシェルへ旅行に行ったので、その間はスーツケースを ホテルに置かせて頂きました。ホテル側の手違いもあり、ツインルーム、シングルルーム、スーペリアルームを使用しました。ツインルームはスーツケースを２つ置くのがやっとのスペースしかありませんでした。シングルルームは、日本のビジネスホテルの広さです。スーペリアルームは、広く、満足の部屋ですが、通常に予約した場合は高いです。 ホテルの人もみなさん 切で、なんといっても立地条件が最高です。オペラ座、ルーブル、プランタン、ラファイエットと買い物にも便利で、近くにはスーパーもあります。 日本人の旅行客も多いですが、イタリア人の人も多かったです。
