"Lack basic necessity" " HOT WATER"
We stayed for two nights and when we got there the room was not ready and staff told us that we can put our luggage in the luggage room and come in 45 mins. After 11 hours of flight can you believe that they wanted us to still wait for the room. The hot water ran out the first night and did not come back until we were leaving.. the hot management needs to do a lot of work!!! overall the stay was very unpleasant....

bad location but good enough to rest.
when we checked in, instead of an apartment, they booked us in two studios, separating our family. the next day, they moved us in an apartment. unfortunately my daughter left her sneakers in the studios. the next night, we requested the staff to return the items left in the room. they said, they have no access to the lockers and will have to be mailed later at our cost. i think thats not fair and citadines should pay and send the items to us in usa.

Clean, helpful staff, free internet, excellent location. Will stay again if an opportunity to travel to Paris arises.

I was extremely pleased with Citadines
I was extremely pleased with Citadines Tour Eiffel Apart Hotel. At first I was concerned about he sofa bed, but it was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Angenehmes Appartementhotel mit
Angenehmes Appartementhotel mit vielen Vorteilen, aber auch einigen Nachteilen, die leicht zu ändern wären: mittelmäßiges Frühstück, schmutziger Hoteleingang, kein Geschirrspülmittel in der Appartementküche.

This hotel was very good. It looked
This hotel was very good. It looked very well maintained and was in a very convenient location close to the Metro without the noise. The hotel is also walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Highly Recommended.
