Cet hôtel, idéalement situé et accessible également en voiture, est à recommander. Le personnel est d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse exemplaires, les chambres sont propres, fonctionnelles et agréables. L'hôtel accepte également, contre supplément, les chiens, ce qui est un plus pour les propriétaires d'animaux. Nous avons apprécié la diversité des produits proposés au petit-déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet froid (seul le café pourrait être meilleur).

Hotel sympathique et bien situé,
Hotel sympathique et bien situé, très proche du tram et du centre commercial Nicetoile. Un peu radin sur les consommables en salle de bains! Le deuxième bâtiment n'a pas d'ascenseur. A savoir!

Such a nice staff
The room was small but clean, the location is great with easy access to shopping, tram and the beach. And best of all, the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. They went out of their way to help when I temporarily lost my bag that had ALL of my ids, credit cards and passport. Loved them would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect!
Hotel Boreal was wonderful. It was in a fabulous location - quiet street but around the corner from all of the main shops and a 5 min walk to the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Unexciting but well-located
The hotel is nicely located, just off the main street of Nice and the central tram line, and an easy enough walk to the old city and the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are small (standard for small European hotels, in my experience), but not uncomfortable. One problem: I could not use the wireless connection, which seemed to not like Macs.

L'Instant restaurant, 9 Rue Clement Roassal, a 20 minute walk or a short tram trip, is a very nice restaurant.

Great Deal
Only spent 1 night at hotel since traveling throughout France and Italy. Great location. Room more spacious than some and had a double bed rather than usual 2 twins together. Everything very nice and staff very friendly, except did not like that shower head was hand-held and was no shower curtain so got the bath floor wet! Lot going on in Nice, but beach nearby is completely rocky.

Good location and price
The Hotel was a good value, the rooms are clean and location is excellent. Close to the large shopping mall and many restaurants in the area.
