tres bon hotel il y a une navette qui par de disney a l hotel tout les 10 minute et c est gratuit le bus numero 54 violet donc pour aller au parc pas de probleme jusqu a 23h00

I went for a two night stay to use my new Disneyland Paris annual pass. The rates of this hotel made it very affordable. I wasn't as impressed with the public areas of the hotel but I thought the room quality was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet - amazingly quiet as I knew there were many kids around. I did have to wait for the bus up to a half hour at times but having a hot breakfast and not having a pre-booked breakfast time made up for the bus service. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

This hotel was very nice, good for families. Our room had a queen bed with bunk beds. There was a curtain that could be closed to separate the bunk beds from the rest of the room. Nice breakfast was included. Close to Disneyland and train station that can be taken to Paris. Very good shuttle service. We would return.

It is perfect for those who are still kids at heart! Had a great experience and the room was perfect. The only bad thing was that nobody could tell me the shuttle schedule to Disney Village.

If you are thinking about booking this hotel for part or all of your vacation please read this, do your self a favor and look elsewhere. We will start with the false advertising. The "circus" like atmosphere that is described consists of a few riding toys that one commonly finds while entering a grocery store. There is a bin with plastic balls in it for kids to play in. It is about 8 inches deep and no bigger than 10 x 10 area. One finds better things like this in pizza places in the United States. There are a couple of pool and air hockey tables in the lobby as well. Before I booked the room I called to confirm if there was an airport shuttle. I was told there was. When I tried to arrange for a shuttle I was informed that the shuttle only starts at 0805 and that if I wanted to go any sooner than that I would have to pay 100 Euro to hire a car. When I expressed my concern over my inconvenience about this and asked why this was not explained to me when I called to inquire about the service I was told that this was the way it had been and I should have asked further questions. The front desk staff is not friendly or even remotely knowledgeable about the services provided. On two occasions the desk staff had to ask if the hotel even exchanged currency. The night before my departure I called to ask which terminal my airline departed from. The desk clerk told me this is not something they would know. I told her the desk clerk that morning was able to do this for me for other travelers in my group and she told me that maybe I should call back a little later and speak with someone else. Their attitude could best be described as tolerate. We were informed on check in that the laundry service that is offered is not available in the weekends, only to later learn that it is only unavailable on Sundays. The food in the hotel is overpriced and just plain does not taste good. The dinner was bland and the breakfast was under cooked. This is a four star hotel that needs to loose a couple of stars. This is a place that needs to teach their employees a little thing called customer service. The shuttle service that is offered is not complementary. The only positive thing I will say about this hotel is the room was clean and shower was decent. But overall, there are PLENTY of hotels in the area. Please save yourself a lot of money and inconvenience and stay elsewhere.
