Average. Price was good for my needs, as I spent the days, away and just showered and slept. Location was good for where I spent the days and it as just of the 66 State Highway. The WiFi reception was weak, unable to use the web browser effectively.

Arlington Visit
Shown as 3 star. No hair dryers. Bed was lumpy. Just changed to non-smoking 4/12. Painted rooms but didn't change curtains, spreads, etc. to completely rid of smoking. Staff was curteous and helpful but this is a 2 star hotel at best. Location was good. Picture makes it look a lot better than it really is. No elevator. Would not pick this hotel again.

Metro 29 Diner was an excellent place to eat for every meal.

Good for the price
Overall not bad for the price I paid, which was about half as much as any other place around. So I cannot complain. The AC was a bit noisy and old, but overall as good as one can expect for that price.

Nothing special about this hotel, but it did have a microwave and a fridge, and the price was very cheap. In a very safe area. Longer walk to the metro than most people would like, but we like to walk; the metro is a quick, convenient way to get to DC attractions. Walls were thin and for one day out of our two week stay we had very rude neighbors who didn't know how to behave in a hotel. Breakfast just pastries, muffins, juice and fruit to take and eat in your room.

conviently located
My husband and I find this hotel clean and well kept. It's basic in the amenities it offers but we find it provides everything we need at a very affordable price. The location is especially desirable since it's near the family we visit.

Volunteer for The 57th Presidential Inauguration
It was a nice small comfortable room. Had essentials like refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker which made it good. No immediate nice restaurants but it was close to my volunteer work site. This was convenient.

perfectly fine
stayed here while attending meetings a mile away in downtown arlington; there's a nice walking route, including a bike path along freeway, so it's nice to save $200 to stay here instead. i'll do it next time, too.
