enh

no hand towel, towels were scratchy, pillows were not supportive, there was no breakfast as promised, everything else was okay I guess

interview trip

Had trouble finding an iron or an ironing board. Charged for a key and then told me there was no charge. Other than that it was ok

Hold your nose

Location was good. Amenities were non-existent. Needs major refurbishment.

Where oh where is the hotel?

Unfortunately was not able to locate the hotel. Called the number of the hotel after going up and down the road four times, but no one answered the telephone.

Good rate and location

We were visiting the area and just needed some where to sleep for a couple days. It was close to a lot of fast food place and had a Dunkin Donuts in the parking lot. The continental breakfast consisted for coffee, bagels with cream cheese, and packaged danishes. The cleaning staff gave us new towels but did not make the bed, take out the trash, or give us new shampoo. The desk staff were average at best and even slightly strange. Other guests at the hotel were also very strange and I would not advise staying here with children or for those that scare easily. But you get what you pay for!

Smokey nonsmoking room

Room was supposed to be nonsmoking but there was smoke odor on and off probably either from the lobby or another room. Asked for additional pillows and were told they'd check the storeroom -- no one followed through. No lamps near bed so had to walk back to the bed in the dark from the vestibule switch to the only ceiling light. At least the bed was adequate and there was plenty of hot water with great pressure. Lastly, clock radio did not work and remote did not work with television. Desk help were generally not rude, but just didn't really care about correcting any of the issues.

TERRIBLE

WAITED TO CHECK IN; HAD TO PAY A REFUNDABLE $10.00 ROOM KEY DEPOSIT; GOT INTO THE ROOM AND IT SMELLED; THE TUB WAS DIRTY; SAT ON THE BED AND SUNK TO THE FLOOR; IT WAS JUST TOTALLY GROSS; I RETURNED TO THE DESK CHECKED OUT AND SPENT THE NIGHT IN MY CAR RATHER THAN PICK UP ALL KINDS OF BED BUGS FOR SURE.

Keep shopping!

This is one very tired hotel. There wasn't a lamp in the room so you had to use the TV for a night light to find the bed after you turned out the lights. I know you can expect only so much for a certain price point but the furniture and the floors were dirty and stained and the HVAC system was really noisey. I've stayed at the other hotels on this same rotary and even at half the price it was no bargain.

our stay

We went to visit friends. We don't have any complaints. Just a little old fashion with the door key.... and no elevator.... and maybe coffee should have been left out longer... but if thats it we are good. BTW the best hot water in town.... and new mattresses ah!!!
