this place was awful. The beds were lumpy with soft pillows. I woke up with a stiff neck and very little sleep. The shower dripped. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and the front desk was s.l.o.w. We had a non-smoking room; yet the elevator and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is a little small and would have been nice if there was a spa.

I wanted to work on the computer in my room, but could not get on wireless most of the time and ethernet intermittent. After numerous phone calls to the front desk and time warner cable, i just gave up and left to to go the airport and work there. And arriving four hours early at the airport just to work is the most ridiculous thing I can imagine for me as a business traveler. Unbelievable in this day and age I can't work on the internet in my hotel room in a chain like Holiday Inn Express. And it wasn't just my computer, because I had a mac and a brand new pc and neither of them worked. Lots of promises about getting connected, but no deliveries. Wasted a lot of time I could have been working.

Right by the airport, nice & comfortable
Right by the airport and the interstate. Just under 2 hours away from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, but a beautiful drive to get there.

After reading other reviews, I expected the staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful, but when I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful employees. They were very professional and made my stay very easy. Also, the room was very clean.

is a very nice hotel have stayed there 2 times this yr..Make sure you grt the right housekeeper...otherwise alls they do is make your beds..good breakfast some staff is friendly...

I was In syracuse to Visit a sick sister.This was the perfect Hotel for me and my daughter..All kinds of fast food places for my daughter..And Fresnos for me.Maid service was super,rooms were clean..Just wish we had a fridge in the room.and a microwave.would stay here again.As a matter of fact iam in august..Thanks for the excellent stay ..
